New life. New hope. New stories. 💙
What a joy to celebrate as 7 people publicly declared their faith in Jesus through baptism! Heaven rejoices, and so do we. 🙌 #BaptismSunday #MadeNew #FathersHouseOC

What a Sunday! 🌊🙌

We celebrated 7 people taking their next step of faith through baptism!

Baptism is a public declaration of an inward transformation. It’s a beautiful picture of leaving the old life behind and walking in the new life Jesus offers.

Heaven rejoices over every life surrendered to Christ, and so do we. Congratulations to everyone who was baptized. We’re honored to celebrate what God is doing in your lives, and we can’t wait to see what He has in store next! 💙

This is one of those simple studio hacks that makes SO much sense 👏

Ice cube trays for glaze portions, lunch trays for organization, and giant Ziploc bags to keep everything together = faster setup, easier cleanup, and way less classroom chaos 🎨

Especially smart for kids classes, homeschool art, or large group ceramics.

Shoutout to @amacocreate for the great tip 🙌

Do you want to know the secret?

Knitting.

The secret to a peaceful life is knitting 😁, and I'll teach your kids how!!

Also, learning how to be confident in your monthly spending with a budget . . . and I'll teach them that, too!

Registration is open for my Fall '26 homeschool knitting + budgeting classes ⬇️

Are your children big crafters? Do they like making things with their hands? In this class students will learn how to knit, completing multiple class projects, and even some to give away as gifts!

One of our key objectives is to practice focusing on others and sharing our new life skills with friends and family!

PLUS, I teach the principles of a cash flow budget so that my students are introduced to healthy spending and saving habits that will accommodate their current and future hobbies in the family budget!

Fall '26 semester of "Knot Your Average Knitting" begins in August, and registration for my Huntington Beach class @legacy_center_oc is already open!

CHARTER FUNDS ARE ACCEPTED!!!

Comment KNITTING and I'll send you the details for my Orange County classes Wednesdays & Thursdays, along with a free copy of my eBook, "Stop Staying Stuck: Taking That First Step Into Financial Peace of Mind!"

Heys moms, this is such a simple win 🙌

Using letter pasta to press words into clay is one of those ideas that makes projects instantly more meaningful—without adding any complexity.

And here’s the best part… you can leave the pasta in 👀
It burns off in the kiln and leaves behind clean, readable impressions.

Even with glaze over the top, the letters still show through beautifully.

Perfect for:
• Name projects
• Gifts for family
• Scripture words
• Memory keepsakes

Definitely trying this with our kids this week 💛

Shoutout to @animas_ceramica for this idea 🙌

Have you tried this before??

This looks great… but would it actually work in a kids class?

We teach pinch pots all the time, and a few small tweaks make a huge difference for beginners.

My wife Havah teaches our kids classes and sees this from a totally different perspective.

Which version would you try?

A day in the life of a pottery teacher 🔥

Clay-covered hands, spinning wheels, lots of questions, small breakthroughs, and a whole lot of creativity packed into one day. This is the part of my job I love most — helping students build confidence at the wheel and watching ideas turn into real forms.

If you’ve ever wondered what a pottery class actually looks like behind the scenes… this is it.
