@hindsight.short.film had its premiere last week and it went down a treat! Lovely seeing everyone’s work. The @bfinetwork funded short film is centred around 4 young friends experiencing the thrill of having a car for the first time. It captures all the joy and nostalgia, but also asks what happens when life moves on…. Good luck on the festival circuit! OUT NOW! ‘Eugene McGuinness versus The Universe’ has officially landed! The album is available to stream everywhere, or you can purchase your own copy of vinyl now. From an idea that started as “weird little voice notes” and conversations with old friends, to an album which reimagines the fleeting moments of life as a creation. It’s a rediscovery and burst of creativity, which took fragments of ideas and became a body of work. This album threads richly melodic folk pop, and orchestral textures through vivid storytelling. ‘Eugene McGuinness versus The Universe’, including hit singles ‘Seascape’, ‘London’, ‘Icarus’ and ‘Eastend Requiem’ are released in partnership with @mellowtoneclub and @docklandspeedshop. Special thanks to all those involved bringing this project to life. @mellowtoneclub for making this album happen @gajo_paco for recording and @mullan.charlie @docklandspeedshop @robinclewleyphotography for this video, amongst many others. @redhousepopshop for album design @michael_robert_murphy on digital strategy @chloe.lj_ on socials Musicians @ma.fyew @steveydeebie123 @sketchbenjamin @artistenolsen @kambossa @andriannee and more… Creatives and media @dylan_southern_ @spencer___young @hayleybenoit, @davemonks__ @atwoodmagazine @johnkennedydj @eugenemcguinness_fans. Thanks for all the reviews, plays, records bought and singles listened to.
