Athletic Mobility with Jess Healey — Thursdays at 8:00 PM, South

If your body feels tight from training, sitting all day, or just life in general, this class is your reset. Mobility work that helps you move better everywhere else — on the mat, at the gym, on the ice, in your day-to-day.
No flexibility required, in fact, preferred.

Exciting News! I'm bringing back my online classes! I have been struggling to find the balance between teaching time and family time (especially with all of my travel to Boston), so this will allow me to bring back evening offerings and I can also teach while on the road! All classes are $15 and will be posted weekly. I will need at least four amazing people to run each class. So sign up now and join me on the mat!
