This is some of the ways I do tarot, in person, long and detailed looking at everything big, small and in between.
This can be done from @healing_space_hackney welcoming and warm surroundings, or as you see in the video, from the comfort of my home all cozy and witchy, only a few minutes walk from healing space.✨ I also offer voice-note readings, this is a service that is shorter and to the point. You ask up to 3 questions and I answer them by voice note. This is a great way to get a shorter reading for a situation at hand. And lastly i do FaceTime and zoom readings, where we jump on a call and do the reading face to face on zoom or FaceTime. This is a great way, if you dont want to go out and just want to snuggle up on the sofa at home, while I guide you with the cards.😊✨

A few of my clients have asked me recently what I do to switch off, reset and look after my own wellbeing.

Well, here’s one of my ways! 📍

As a reflexologist, I spend a lot of time helping others slow down, reconnect and find a little balance. But therapists need looking after too!

Today, I swapped roles and enjoyed some acupuncture with @_litha_rose
A moment to pause, recharge and let someone else do the looking after.

A lovely reminder that you don’t have to wait until you’re running on empty to make time for yourself.

And yes, I do practise what I preach!

Carrying the year in your shoulders? 🤎

Ease the tension, release those knots and give yourself a moment to breathe.

A tailored massage can help you feel looser, calmer and more like yourself again.

✨ You don’t have to wait until burnout to reset.

Book your end-of-year massage via the link in my bio.

Sorry to disappoint you but miracles do not exist when it comes to your health.

The apple cider vinegar trick will not transform your body. Neither will the latest supplement your favourite influencer is promoting.

What actually works? Consistency. Showing up for your health again and again: not perfectly, just regularly.

That is it. That is the secret nobody wants to sell you because there is nothing to sell.

A day late for World Menopause Day… but perhaps that’s part of the point.

Menopause isn’t something we should only talk about for one day a year.

I’m navigating perimenopause myself, and I know first-hand how challenging, confusing and sometimes overwhelming this stage of life can be.

The physical changes, the emotional ups and downs, the disturbed sleep, the moments when you don’t quite feel like yourself… and the feeling of trying to understand what’s happening in your own body.

It’s a journey that looks different for every woman, and one I’m still learning to navigate myself.

And perhaps that’s why supporting other women through this transition feels particularly meaningful to me.

As a reflexologist, I know how valuable it can be to have a little space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself, especially when everything feels a little out of balance.

Reflexology won’t make the hormonal changes disappear, but it can offer a deeply relaxing, nurturing experience, helping to ease stress and encouraging a sense of calm and wellbeing.

And because I’m experiencing this chapter myself, I understand how much those moments of care can mean.

Sometimes it’s not about finding all the answers or trying to fix everything. It’s simply about feeling listened to, understood and supported.

I’m still learning, still navigating, and discovering more about myself along the way.

If you’re going through this too, I see you. And I’d love to support you through it.

Let’s keep the conversation going, beyond just one awareness day.

What if I told you that facial Gua Sha isn’t just about the face?

That your shoulders, neck and back can all be part of the picture?

I’ve been diving into Clive Witham’s fascinating approach to Gua Sha, exploring circulation, movement, flow and the idea of bringing natural breath motion back into the tissues.

It’s a beautiful philosophy that’s changing the way I look at facial treatments, and I’d love to share it with you.
In my October newsletter, I’m taking you a little deeper into this approach, explaining why it fascinates me and how it works.

And because I love treating my little newsletter community, there’s also an exclusive £15 introductory offer for my new Facial Gua Sha treatment.

I’d love to have you there.

Hello! I’ve been a little quiet on here as I’ve been busy having several hen dos and then my 2 fabulous weddings and the henny moon then the honeymoon!

But now I’m back! 🧚‍♀️💪💃

I did graduate in my Breathwork course before my year of fun started, but I’ve been keeling it on the down low till I was ready to really give it my full attention… which is now! 🌟

Autumn feels like a really good time to start sewing my seeds for what I want to grow in the future… watch this space for some interesting announcements and collaborations happening very soon! 🩷🩷🩷
