Yesterday we swapped services with the beautiful @healingwithshell and I experienced a a healing session. The card I pulled was inspired. It’s felt like a reminder of exactly why I created Wilda. To build something that feels aligned, calm and creative and a space where I get to connect with people. I strongly believe the universe has funny ways of confirming you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. Thanks Shell 🤍🤍

today we were lucky enough to have @healingwithshell hold space for us.

something i’m big on is mdypt is more than an app, a training program, or a weight loss program.

it’s a community.
a purpose.
somewhere you belong.
a place where women support women and want to build each other up.

i came across @healingwithshell locally - and thought what a kind gift i could do for my girls to hold this space for them.

i know my girls are busy women who often put themselves last, we live in fight or flight and constantly put others first.

not today.

today was a chance for them to put themselves first 🤍🤍

this is my third time holding this retreat space and there’s so much beauty in the flow of it always being exactly what’s needed

i can set the intention and plan the workshops but the experience unfolds exactly as it’s meant to

there was so many deep deep breakthroughs, tears and realisations and so many light fun silly giggles too

so much doing and so much being

so much structure and so much freedom

and one of the biggest themes was authenticity
bringing more you into what you do
speaking your mind
being your weird little freak self
and letting people see you for you

owning your story
owning your success
+ owning your power

I feel so grateful to create + share in this space and I can’t wait to do it again and see what unfolds next

Honestly - it feels exactly like this.

Building something original means pouring yourself into it before anyone else saw the vision. Doing the research when there was no roadmap. Sourcing equipment that barely existed in this region. Developing the protocols, asking the questions, learning what actually works and doing all of that because you genuinely believed in what you were creating.

Not because you were watching anyone else.

That is what building from PURPOSE looks like. And that energy lives in everything we do here.

The room can be copied. The equipment can be sourced. The aesthetic can be replicated. Even the business model - yes, that happens too. And honestly, it means something was worth replicating.

But not this part.

The conversation before someone even gets into the sauna. The questions nobody else is asking, about sleep, stress, inflammation, what the body has been holding and for how long.

The ability to sit with someone and understand that what they actually need is not always what they came in for.

We work at a cellular level. We look at how inflammation is moving, how the lymphatic system is functioning, what the nervous system needs to downregulate and we make recommendations that go beyond these four walls.

Supplements. Breathwork. Other practitioners (we love collabs here 💪). We refer out when we need to because the goal was never to keep people dependent on us. The goal has always been to actually help people shift.

You can come in, use the equipment and leave. But most people who walk through our door get something they were not expecting.

Someone who actually gives a damn about whether they get better.

That does not come with an equipment order. That cannot be transferred or replicated. That was built slowly, intentionally, and with a lot of heart.

So what is it like being the original?😈

It feels like knowing that no matter what gets replicated around you, what was built here, why it was built, and who built it ….that part is untouchable.
