Come with me to spend an hour at the Health and Performance Lab in Shrewsbury.

Last week, I started hobbling a bit.

I do have problems with my knee, so I spoke to Greg, and he recommended coming into the cryo chamber and infrared sauna.

I’m a massive fan of cold-water therapy.

In fact, this can be episode 3 of my cold-water series.

Now, I know it’s not swimming, but it has similar benefits.

- The cryo chamber helps to reduce inflammation.
- It helps to ease pain from acute injuries, a pinched nerve, or joint stiffness.
- It offers mental benefits, including boosted energy and lower stress.

We coupled this with the sauna, not just for its relaxation benefits, but also to help with my recovery.

Defo worth a visit ♥️
