Hello everyone!

We are so happy to share the September class schedule with you all!

To help our teachers prepare the best possible experience for everyone, we would really appreciate it if you could confirm your enrollment for this month at your earliest convenience. Knowing the exact headcount allows them to tailor the sessions specifically to the group size.

A quick heads-up about the schedule: We are currently reviewing the class timetable and some classes may be moved to different days or times this month. We know how important consistency is, so we're doing our best to minimize disruptions. As soon as we have the final adjustments confirmed, we will send you a clear update with the new details for any affected classes.

We can't wait to see you in class!

🕯️ Start your week with strength, breath, and grace. 🕯️

Dear ladies,

Imagine a class that doesn’t just tone your body – but gently awakens your core, lengthens your spine, and leaves you feeling taller, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

That’s what awaits you in Pilates with Sandra at El Atelier Art and Dance Studio.

📅 Mondays & Wednesdays at 10 AM
👭 Ladies Only

In this beautiful, supportive space, Sandra will guide you through small, controlled movements that create incredible change – a stronger core, better posture, improved flexibility, and a mind that finally knows how to slow down.

No jumping. No noise. Just you, the mat, and a practice that honors your body exactly as it is today.

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have done it for years, you’ll leave each session feeling longer, leaner, and deeply at ease.
