day 12/75 soft, better late than never! This week has been insanely busy so I haven’t had the time to edit as much but I’m back now!!

on another note, it feels so good to eat healthier, whole meals 🥝🍫 the key for me is to eat healthier but not to restrict, and still enjoy the things I like in moderation or swap them for yummy healthier alternatives like the @healthycrunch chocolate spread!!

Wellness finds that don’t require a Whole Foods budget. 🛒🤍

Welcome to my new series: Wellness Finds Beyond the Specialty Stores.

We’re starting at Walmart with 20 finds worth knowing about - from everyday staples to better-for-you options that make healthy living feel a little more accessible.

Because wellness isn’t about buying the most expensive products. It’s about knowing what to look for.

📍 First stop: Walmart

Life is better with a sweet treat… and these pumpkin brownies are my kind of fall baking. 🎃🤎

Rich, fudgy, chocolatey and gluten-free—with pumpkin tucked into every bite. Save this recipe for your next cozy baking day!

FUDGY PUMPKIN BROWNIES

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
½ cup pumpkin purée
½ cup coconut sugar or cane sugar
⅓ cup olive oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup cassava flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice, optional
¼ tsp sea salt
½ cup @healthycrunch salted caramel chips OR chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8 × 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, coconut sugar, oil and vanilla
3. Stir in the cassava flour, cocoa, baking powder, pumpkin spice and salt until just combined. Fold in the chocolate or caramel chips.
4. Spread into the pan and bake for 22–28 minutes, until the edges are set and a toothpick near the centre comes out with moist crumbs.
5. Cool completely before slicing. For an extra-fudgy texture, pop them in the fridge!

Use plain pumpkin purée, not pumpkin pie filling.

Are you team brownie edge or gooey middle? 👇

Squeezing serious bakery flair and double the protein into Thursday! 🥐🍗🥧✨

Upgraded today’s bento vault with a total luxury-comfort favorite: a giant, flaky Croissant Sandwich paired with crispy chicken strips, marble cheese, and a slice of delicious baked apple pie! 🤤

Balanced out the rich mains with our signature "traffic light" veggie crunch 🚦crinkle-cut carrots and cucumbers, alongside a vibrant fruit vault packed with strawberries, red grapes, apple slices, and blueberries! 🍓🍇🍏🫐
Plus a school-safe vanilla crispy square and a Yogo Nano drink to fuel that big energy the right way. 🏫

Real whole foods, premium clean nutrition, and zero mid-afternoon sugar crashes. 💧⚡️

Hope everyone’s week is wrapping up beautifully! What did you pack inside your kids boxes today? 👇
