Scotland’s only children’s hospice charity is warning it is facing an unprecedented level of demand - with support for its services increasing across the country.

Children’s Hospices Across Scotland says stays at its facilities have risen by 45% in just three years.

The organisation is now calling for vital financial support to help expand its care at home and increase specialist support for the sickest of children.

The Clowndoctors who feature in this piece are part of a @heartsmindsuk service delivered in partnership with CHAS.

Have a giggle with your wee one at this new Clown Doctors version of 'A Sailor Went to Sea'.

Sharing songs and rhymes every day helps build your child's language, memory and coordination – and it's a great laugh, too. 😄

Second Advent is just around the corner, and at Bilder we’re already fully in the Christmas spirit 🎄

This week we held a charity fair in our office. Colleagues brought homemade treats, decorations, crafts and even creations made together with their children. In just over an hour – thanks to everyone who baked, crafted, sold, bought or simply stopped by to support – we raised €130. This amount will be donated to the Clown Doctors to help brighten difficult days for children in hospitals.

Thank you once again to everyone who took part and shared the holiday spirit. And remember: good deeds are not limited to one fair. Through our Bilder app or web panel, you can easily donate to our friends Dr. Klauns and Hearts & Minds – and help bring a little more joy and courage to children who need it most ❤️
