Post shoulder training. Working on activating, not flexing, my shoulders so they show properly posing. Shoulder issues have always inhibited my progress. Finally getting past that thanks to good advice and a culture of you can do it at @armbrustprogym. #failureinspiressuccess#winnersfailandgetbackup #winnersaskforhelplosershideintheshadowsiiu #failureissuccess#thedayyoustoptryingtoimproveisthedayyoustarttodie

A clear goal and a short window can reveal just how much you’re capable of.

In three weeks, NPC True Novice athlete @thaitiki learned to present in both Bikini and Wellness. Zero knowledge. Zero experience and This Saturday, she steps on her very first NPC stage at @themusclequest, Colorado Muscle Classic.

Weekly video check-ins, biweekly posing sessions, and 40 minutes of daily practice. Because posing only works if you fucking work it. You have to practice. You have to put in the reps. That’s why I don’t encourage crash courses in posing.

Tiki has done an amazing job learning under pressure and building a strong foundation. She has a great team behind her, and I’m excited to see what she can bring to the stage in 2027.

I’m incredibly proud of her work ethic, determination, consistency, and passion. Give yourself a goal worth chasing and show up for it every day. ✨

Crunch time. Three weeks. Two divisions. One athlete @thaitikii

Tiki has her work cut out for her learning not one, but two completely different presentations and mandatories bringing each one to the stage.

Pressure has a funny way of forcing us to show up. It sharpens the focus, raises the standard, and reminds us what we’re capable of when there’s no time left to waste.

Three weeks to bring it all together.

Productive Back day with @heathergraceifbbpro on the @neufitrfp ⚡️ 🥩

- Reverse Grip Pull Downs
- T-Bar Rows @megamassfitness
- Cable Pullovers
- Seated Cable Rows
- Seated Single Arm Low Rows
- Single Arm Standing Cable Rear Delt Extensions

We highly recommend giving the Neufit a try if you’ve never used it before! What it does, is it uses direct-current electrical stimulation to help activate muscles and improve neuromuscular recruitment.

Some recent training clips working on the @neufitrfp with @heathergraceifbbpro . Extremely grateful to get to get to train with Heather and learn from one of the best in the industry. We’ve been doing focused training blocks targeting specific muscles and weak points to help balance things out which has alleviated a lot of random chronic pain I’ve developed over years of training. I learn something new every session and we always have a killer workout! #bodybuilding #gym #legs #gym

The first photo was taken during my very first cut. The second came after years of training my back on my own. I was putting in the work, but I didn’t yet understand how much more there was to learn.

The last photo is after two years of training with @heathergraceifbbpro and the difference goes far beyond added muscle. She taught me that true progress isn’t just about effort—it’s about precision, patience, and purpose. By correcting my form, refining my technique, and teaching me how to truly connect with each movement, she completely changed the way I train.
