Weekly Ways to Better Days Ep 40: Breaking the Generational Curses with @heatherrose10_13 goes live tomorrow at 6:00am CST

In this episode we discuss having narcissistic parents and how to break the generational cycles that have been passed down to us.

When we focus on what we don’t want to become, we often become it.

When we grow up with narcissistic parents we can then take on narcissistic tendencies and admitting that can be really challenging.

Heather has created awareness around those tendencies and has done and continues to do the hard work to break those traits, allowing her children to have a different experience.

I truly admire Heather’s honesty, willingness to self reflect, and change behaviors in order to create a better life for herself and her family.
