Hosted an in-person fragrance bar at @artismydrug this past week and we had a BALL!!! I love teaching people how to create products for themselves and being more intentional with what we put on our bodies and in our homes.

Pulled up to @walkgoodla Roots and Culture: A Day of Wellness while managing GAD + Agoraphobia.

Started with “Rejuvenate” butter by @heaux_listic , got some much-needed cupping + massage from Coach C @applypressure_athletx , broke a 36-hour fast, and tapped into movement and yoga.

Spiraled a bit, but I listened to my body and left with some Jamaican food (@the_avenue_foodtruck ) and grace.

One day at a time. 🫶

little did I know that the things that helped heal me and sustain me are what I would use to build a life I love 💜

Movement, mindfulness, yoga, creating, affirmations, setting intentions, journaling, and so much more are such an integral part of my journey to and with self, and I am so honored to be a vessel to share them with others.

Thank you to @prettywomenpraynotprey for sharing your beautiful Grow & Glow Festival stage with me to help pour into others and help them learn to fill their cups🌻🫶🏽✨

How are you filling your cup today? #movement #mindfulness #selflove #selfcare #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness

This past weekend I had thee privilege to speak at @prettywomenpraynotprey ‘s Glow and Grow Festival. The theme was Care and Connect focused on strengthening mother and daughter relationships. A topic that I truly hold near and dear to my heart.

🤰🏽Being a mom has changed my life for the better, completely. 👧🏽But being a daughter has been the foundation of my continuous unfolding.

Preparing this speech was not only sacred but healing ❤️‍🩹
& delivering before a room of mothers and daughters including my own was a gift only God could give. ✨

I want to personally thank the founder and the board of @prettywomenpraynotprey for the amazing work that they are doing. The impact is undeniable🤞🏽💓🌸💐
