Ahhhhhhhhh FELT SOOOOO GOOOOOD to be back today 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 This recovery has been so personal for me. The last few years actually I’ve had to be incredibly refined by the fire. God brought me through addiction, he restored my identity, he increased my FAITH, healed childhood trauma & is currently walking me through a broken heart. He restored my business and provided ten fold even throughout my ACL recovery. He gave me PURPOSE. And now it’s time to give everything he gave me, back. 🤍 as hard as the refining seasons are, they serve their purpose and they are absolutely necessary. The word comes to LIFE when you walk in faith, truth & obedience. ✝️

I’ve been training with @heavy.x.handed off and on for years and he’s seen sooooo many of my seasons. And I’m greatful he’s apart of this one. 🙌🏽 So happy to be back.

Had fun with the @undisputedaz crew and working with @heavy.x.handed ! I always feel like I improve something every single class I take out here! If you ever are in Tucson it is worth taking the time to stop in!

Coming back in a month for the @riseoftheprospectstucson strap! 👊

So, if you don't know, about a year and a half ago I was involved in a near fatal vehicle collision. It messed up my left shoulder, tore my right PCL, and gave me a concussion the manifested as dysautonomia.
Recently, I had to make the choice to take a break from muay thai because my knee strength has plateaued and I can't keep up with group classes. It feels like a huge letdown, so I opted to post this now as a reminder that current obstacles are not a reflection of past success. Rebuilding my knee all over again is part of the process, not a personal failure. It takes a lot of work to manually hold a joint together.
Shoutout to @videonasssty, @heavy.x.handed, and @undisputedaz. No recovery can happen without a solid team ♥️
