Introducing the new ‘Digestive Bitters’ formula. A traditional blend of herbs to stimulate and improve digestion, formulated by a qualified herbalist. Bitter herbs have a long history of use in Europe due to their digestive enhancing properties, and together with the more warming properties of fennel seed and mint, this blend presents a well rounded support that can aid a wide variety of gastro-intestinal complaints.

Since moving to Devon, life has moved fast, in the best way, and projects I have had lined up for a while are now coming to fruition.

This is the first in a series of workshops in London and Totnes centred around wellness and creativity. I am hosting it with my friend @nataliya_robinson_ at her space in central London this December 11th.

Human Design is an esoteric system based on astrology, the iChing and the Kabbalah. It offers a snapshot of the moment you were born and all the potential that lies within this blueprint. In the workshop we will demonstrate how to read a chart and another’s and support you in using this system as a tool for making life easier to navigate.

So if you find yourself in London’s Grosvener Gardens on December 11 and would like to spend a morning finding out about your human design chart, whilst sampling some seasonal remedies and teas from @hectorsherbs, comment or send me a DM for details!

Limited places available. ✨

26 Days to go and we have something a bit different for you with our next stallholder and our first herbalist - the wonderful Hector’s Herbs.

Hector is so passionate about what he does. His journey with herbal medicine started when he found it to be highly beneficial in recovering from a health condition that he had been suffering from, and had found little relief from other modalities.

He then decided to train to become a clinical herbalist, and now provides one to one consultations and bespoke herbal prescriptions for a wide variety of conditions from his own practice both locally and in London.

He also sells tincture blends and teas at festivals and markets, which use biodynamically grown, and practitioner grade herbs - the quality of the herbs that he uses is very important to him! Come and meet him at Spirit!

Changing careers is never easy, especially as a mother… But after four years, seeing that all the effort and dedication were truly worth it is priceless.

This journey has given me incredible memories. Learning from highly skilled teachers, gaining over 500 hours of clinical experience, touching and understanding plants, becoming a bridge for their healing power… And most importantly, witnessing the smiles on my clients’ faces as their lives transformed.

But what truly made this journey unforgettable were the friends who stood by my side—who are now my colleagues and my family.
When I first started, I wondered, Is this even possible? But with every step forward, my confidence grew, and my passion deepened.

Today, I am proud to graduate as a naturopath and herbalist from @collegeofnaturopathicmedicine Congratulations to all fellow graduates. Wishing all fellow graduates a future filled with excitement, happiness, and limitless growth!

Glimpses from our @collegeofnaturopathicmedicine graduation day 💐✨

Cherished moments with family, friends — and a real-life glimpse of what it’s like when you’re 1.50m and you have to give a speech. 😂 Tiny life 😅

Thank you CNM, for the Academic Excellence award. I’m deeply honored, humbled, and incredibly touched to have shared a few words in front of so many inspiring, hardworking people. Studying herbal medicine has been the best decision I’ve made so far, and I can’t wait to witness the beauty that unfolds in this next chapter ✨.

Feeling endlessly grateful for these transformative years of deep learning, unlearning, and relearning 🌀 — all shared with the most incredible teachers and classmates (who are now friends and fellow herbalists!) 🌿🥰.

To my beautiful friends and family — your love and support continue to nourish this magical journey. 🤍🥹 I love you!

Congratulations to all the graduates! 🎓💞 May our path ahead be filled with adventure, joy, and endless discovery. 🌅

A big heart-hug,
Paula 🤍

In defence of herbs. They are magical. They are not just isolated compounds and phytochemicals.

I am all for evidence based medicine, but herbal medicine is just a little bit more than that.
