Here’s the guide I wish I had going to the Paris Flea market! The Puces de Saint-Ouen is a permanent flea market in northern Paris, open every weekend. It’s the largest in the world- at about 17 acres! You could spend multiple days there which can be intimidating. So if it’s your first time and you’re a design junkie, I’d recommend checking out @paulbertserpette first. It’s curated, high-end and it just feels special!

I bought a really special collection of 1850’s French botanical specimens from @vsantiques

Yes, yes… I know. This reel is for April. And yes, I know I’m slightly behind. At this rate, I’ll probably catch up just in time for Christmas… 😅
April was a busy one. We were in full install mode at our lovely Chelsea project, which meant all hands on deck, beautiful bespoke pieces arriving, layers coming together, and watching months of planning finally become reality.
We also were in site at 2 more of our Chelsea projects , popped over to Wimbledon, the dogs naturally insisted on making an appearance, and I added a couple more ear piercings (with excellent moral support from my adopted godchild, Zoe). The face says “calm”… the death grip on her hand and my jeans tells a slightly different story. 😂
Then it was back to Chelsea to get this wonderful project over the line alongside the brilliant teams at Uber and Dyer Grimes. There’s nothing quite like seeing a home come to life.
Better late than never… onwards to May! 🤍

Part two of the tour de France took us south, where the antique hunting grows earthier, the dealers a touch naughtier, and the Parisian chic hotel glow gives way to something altogether more polarised. Our supermarket sweep style pursuit begins, part treasure hunt, part theatre, with the buyer’s eye tested to the max beneath the southern sun.

Then back on the train, drifting through Lyon and into Geneva, where @sixt handed me an upgrade to a @mini made for mountain curves. We paused overnight in Annecy, where the lake gleamed like glass and the hotels felt charmingly unpolished after Paris, before making our pilgrimage to a family poterie. An @__abask__ haul safely tucked away, alpine air filling the lungs, and the mountains nearly coaxing me into full song before heading home.

The fair opens to the public on 9th March, we hope to see you there!
