Paint and Sip Matcha event with my friends at @aapivictoryfund was the best thing I've done in a while! and I may be a matcha believer thanks to @nisramatcha I might have to find them when I go to the Lansing area next.

Thank vou as to @hedyyang_ and @ericsaymore as well as the AAPI Victory Fund for putting this on and inviting me out to chat with the other creators. Make sure vou're voting November 3rd people!!!

Paint, Sip & Show Up 🍵🎨

Asian American creators, there’s a seat for you at our table. Ceramicist Hedy Yang and content creator Eric Cheng are hosting an afternoon of matcha, bowl painting, and conversation, featuring @nisramatcha and @chifanle.chifanle

Sip on matcha while you paint your own ceramic bowl and talk about how politics shows up in our kitchens, our neighborhoods, and our feeds. It’s a chance to slow down, get a little messy, and connect with fellow creators who are shaping how our communities eat, cook, and share.

Everyone leaves with a handmade bowl. Come find a reason and make a plan to vote. 🗳️

📅 Sunday, October 18
🕒 3:30 to 5:30 PM
📍 Ferndale, MI

Seats are limited, so RSVP through the link in our bio to save yours! 💚

Thank you to the ATL community, and a special thank you to @posterncoffee and @hopstix! Atlanta has all of the energy, and AAPI youth here are so passionate about change.🍵

It was also great seeing young, vibrant AAPI leaders like @jyotsinghga and @women_inamerica in the room. Our community’s future is in good hands.

A few things we can’t stop thinking about.

Objects of Affection is our ongoing edit of what’s caught our eye lately. Think of it as a glimpse into what’s inspiring us beyond the studio and finding its way into our creative point of view.

Consider this our current state of mind.
