Very nice choreo by @elena_chde to one of my favourite tango songs for @heels_expressive .

My solo in the studio was quite bad, one of those cases where everything goes well during class but evaporates when recording. So I did a few recordings at home to still have something.

🥵 Heels Expressive in "Under the Influence" round 2.

Song: Under the Influence, Chris Brown
Choreography @k_e_morton

_____
Our Heels Expressive classes take place every Friday from 19.30 to 20.30.

Each week we work on a new choreography. We also have a WhatsApp group where instructors propose songs or ready routines, and students vote for what they want to dance in the class.

1. Both complete beginners and more experienced dancers join. We use the Body Expressive Method, which means every movement has levels. We also give alternatives for people with injuries
2. The classes focus on expression. Technique matters, but so do emotionality, energy and body openness.
3. The main goal is fun. The atmosphere is relaxed, low-pressure, and all about the vibe. No stress about being perfect. ❤️
4. The price is 12€ per class. If you buy a 10- or 20-session card, the price per class is lower. No expiry date, you come whenever you like.
5. We occasionally run 3-hour Saturday workshops
6. We also have separate show classes at @bodyexpressivevisuals. These are open to everyone. Check the Instagram and tell me if you’re interested.
7. Location: Mounier Sport Centre, studio 4.
8. Heels aren’t mandatory, but kneepads are really important.

UNDER THE INFLUENCE 💋 the upcoming Friday will be sensual, slow, but intense. We might hold two hours for this choreography (19.30 - 20.30 & 20.30 - 21.30) so we can take our time with a sound, emotions and technique. You can come to 1h or 2h depending on your time. Can't wait to see you in this special, pleasurable vibe.

PÂNĂ LA SANGE.

I was in the mood for some Romanian vibes (probably subconsciously I knew the national day of Romania is coming 😁) and definitely @carlasdreams it is always a great choice!

Quite different vibe than what I normally do but it feels great to try some new things as well.

When you scheduled your work for Saturday, but Billie Jean had other plans for you. It comes when it comes.
