Our first Easy Does It wellness event is here! 💜

We’re slowing things down a little… Join us for our first EDI community sound bath - an evening to switch off, unwind and take some time for yourself ✨

Our very own @heldbyjael, a qualified sound healing practitioner, will guide us through a 60-minute sound journey with meditation, crystal bowls and soothing percussion. Blankets, bolsters and eye pillows are provided, so all you need to do is lie down and relax.

New to sound baths? You’re so welcome. No experience needed🫶

📍 Humankind Studio, Montague Street, Brighton

🎟️ Our discounted tickets have already sold out within our WhatsApp community 👀 General admission is only £15 and spaces are very limited. Grab yours via the link in bio.

Yesterday we did a lovely 5K with @flowstaterunclub and @easydoesitcommunity, who teamed up for a collab with the new burger spot @burgerandbeyond — who very kindly sorted us out with a discount on burgers at the end (and some were even free for the first 30 lucky ticket nabbers 🍔). And boy let me tell you, they were delishhhhh.

We ran from Burger & Beyond all the way down to the pier, up to Hove Lawns and back, and the sunset really brought out the big guns for us 🌅 Stunning the wholeeee way.

Nothin but good vibes and I already can’t wait for the next one.

Give them both a follow to keep up with the dates and all the events they’re hosting. They both host regular runs and loads more events, so there’s plenty to get involved with 🏃‍♀️

The perfect midweek activity, and yet another reason why I love Brighton so much. There’s always so much wholesome stuff happening like this 💙

The long weekend we decided it was a good idea to cram in 3 different events 😂 all whilst our flat had been taken over for a top secret project 👀🎬

Starting off strong with @emperrrin 30th glamping weekend in the Cotswolds 🌳🪵 a gorgeous location, with wholesome activities.

With a break in between for a beautiful wedding celebrating the Laura & Jack 🤍👰🤵🏼

Anddd ending the weekend with an overnight spa at @tylneyhallhotel which was well needed after such a busy few days 🧖‍♀️✨
