Sam came to me having felt he’d really let himself go…

Which is a dilemma many men face after numerous months in limbo away from a solid focus.

But he was also no longer enjoying the gym whatsoever...

So we gave him some resolve… 👀

We set an initial 12 weeks target 🎯

And I got to work with shifting his focus to performance in the gym with each training session rather than sheer fat loss.

As always - with clients starting ‘heavier’ we maximise satiety and enjoyment from a meal plan immediately - so if anything, I was reminding him to eat more 😋

Stabilisation is key with every client and for Sam this was the pathway for the first 2 weeks as life was quite rocky anyway - so naturally this worked well.

Then we commenced our initial 12 weeks fat loss phase 🎯

Without draining sam with the idea of getting shredded we just chipped away, ticking the boxes daily ☑️ and enjoying the gym, the performance in parallel and the strength gains.

In the first 12 weeks strength gains in the gym were exponential 📈 despite fat loss being steady which earned us the motivation and energy we needed to stick with it.

10 days of Holiday 🏝️ came round as a perfect point of reset leaving him ready to crack on with a secondary 10 weeks of fat loss for the final result.

Fat loss phase (round 2) new target set 🎯

And bosh… you’re looking at it 👀

110kg -> 90kg in 25 steady weeks 🎬

Absolutely smashing work mate 🤝

Successful Fat loss phase nailed for the boy @olliechristie09 ✅

Ollie came to me in the midst of a fat loss phase as pictured on the left stalling at 78kg and struggling to push past it.

So we took a look at the setup…

We revamped training to prioritise weaknesses 🤝
We Elevated output and Input synonymously 🥩

What did we see?

✅ Strength immediately started improving
✅ Bodyfat started shifting
✅ Appetite stabilised with way more food

I think it’s fair to say in 10 weeks we shifted into a new gear with more energy and an excellently executed phase taking us to new levels at 72kg and looking mean 👀🥊

From stalling ➡️ to in the best shape of his life so far - a killer transformation 😎
Smashing effort mate, keep it up 💪

10 weeks into a fat loss phase for @tobybeard123 ☝️

We got Toby back in the game and back to enjoying the gym again! He wanted to see a drop in bodyfat, and gain some confidence without losing the size he’s gained over the years through training…

It’s fair to say we did just that: A great recomposition with only 4kg between these shots.

It’s never just about the number on the scale - it’s about the quality of weight lost and muscle amassed or sustained 🤝

We did have some challenges though! As a dad working alternating shift work - we had to stay diligent.

✅ Meal plan with built in tracking/logging adjustments
✅ Training Plan with integrated logging
✅ Flexible Weekly check-in
✅ Positive reinforcement weekly!

It all made the difference in making the results happen minus the potential excuses that we could’ve made.

Smashing work mate 🙏💪

How much should coaching cost…

How much is a complete transformation worth?

How much is your time worth?

How much is your effort worth?

How much is your mental health worth?

When you ask those questions, it sinks in just how much investing in yourself - and a coach, is worth 😌

His expression is a blank glassy eyed stare - face slick with sweat, eyes wide and unblinking, mouth held tight. It reads an eerie mix of vacancy and controlled insanity: no readable emotion, just a fixed, unsettling gate that hints at detachment and simmering menace beneath a polished exterior.
