Last week, ALL EYES ON US in partnership with Aimerce and Rocket Shippers, brought together an incredible room of women founders, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders in NYC to explore one of the biggest questions in e-commerce: What happens to your growth when you stop paying for attention? A few insights from our panel: -Trust and deeper relationships with your tribe are the only way to go -Define culture, don’t be a passive participant -The most important customer data point is their email -Strategic planning might lead you to Taylor Swift -Remember that every brand is now a broadcaster A huge thank you to our incredible speakers for sharing their experiences, perspectives, and lessons from building businesses: @aliettbutts, @alexrutkay, Yiqi Wu, @juliakolodkina, and our moderator @hello.mimiwu Thank you so much to every woman who showed up and stayed curious. We shine brighter when we grow together! 🐆 Our next event will be announced this week. To the stars ⚡️ 📷 @lisakuznetsova

#climateweeknyc is over, but these questions stick around. Did you know that over 6 billion disposable gowns were used globally in 2024? Would you guess how many chemical substances are used in plastics? Check the answers in this video and see which number surprises you most. Let’s flip the diaper pack over and read the ingredients lists together for 3 unnamed brands. You may be surprised to find out that they’re pretty much all plastic, including one brand that’s considered eco-friendly and clean! And if they say they’re 25% plant based, they’re talking about the wood used for their absorbent core — a sustainability claim that is an industry standard (we’re using bamboo for our core at this time — a grass, not a tree) Nobody has made a 100% plastic-free diaper yet because 1) it’s hard to get all plant-based materials, 2) some plant-based materials need more R&D to be high performance ready for you and your baby, and 3) not all plant-based ingredients and materials are ready to scale and be priced competitively. soté baby is a leader here: we’re 70% plants and 100% plastic-free where it touches your baby’s skin, AND… we actually work to stop rashes and leaks without the extra chemicals most diaper brands don’t tell you about (or may not even realize they’re adding — our founder built plastic recycling systems on an industrial scale and deeply knows about chemical toxicity and pollution, and it’s why soté baby was created!) We’re on a mission to make a completely plant-based diaper and to rid everyday essentials of chemicals. Message us if this resonates with you, and we welcome you to join us as a Founding Family! We had THE BEST time with @gilliandelzotto @bugaboousa and @hatchgal, getting to meet so many moms, little ones, and expecting mamas-to-be!! 🥰😍 It was so fun to introduce our bamboo baby diapers (100% plastic-free against your baby’s skin!) to a community of parents who were surprised to learn that most diapers are unfortunately full of chemicals and plastics (even the “clean” ones) and also talk about what materials should actually be in diapers — like nature 🤍🌱 plants over plastic soté baby has launched our pre-sale, and we’d love for you to join our Founding Family! What an incredible day moderating two panels during Climate Week! 🌿✨ As the founder of Read Our Lips, I spend every day scrutinizing formulations and material safety. Stepping on stage with these seven visionary founders proved that rethinking how we build, make, and maintain our world isn’t just necessary—it’s already happening.  Nature as the Default : • Dr. Helen Martirosova | OKO: Material intelligence transforming textiles. • Dr. Katie Williamson | Unspent: Engineering high-performance materials from spent coffee grounds. • Mimi Wu | soté baby: Low-tox, tree-free bamboo baby products protecting the next generation.  The New Climate Economy : • Nathalie Llorente-Lim | LIKHÂ: Responsible production rooted in Filipino craft & natural inputs. • Satpal Kaur | UnBOXEDfuture: 3D-printed building retrofits that upgrade structures without tenant displacement. • Vivien Zhang | Refaire: AI technicians diagnosing hardware repairs to extend product lifespans.  Which of these solutions are you most excited to see take over? Drop it in the comments! 👇🏾 #climateweek #cleanbeauty #readourlips #climateweeknyc

TRAINING SEASON IS OVER: E-COMMERCE, IT’S TIME TO MARRY YOUR CUSTOMER. We’re incredibly excited to invite you to our next ALL EYES ON US event, created in partnership with Aimerce and Rocket Shippers. E-commerce has mastered acquisition, tracking and conversion. But sustainable growth asks a bigger question: What happens when buying attention is no longer enough? We’re bringing together founders and leaders across e-commerce to explore what makes customers choose a brand, come back to it and build a relationship with it over time — through brand, psychology, customer behavior, first-party data. Joining the conversation: @aliettbutts – Co-Founder of @fazitbeauty the viral beauty brand worn by Taylor Swift, now sold in 4,000 retail locations and growing to 6,500 by 2027; Forbes 30 Under 30 and Inc. Female Founders 500. Yiqi Wu – Founder of Aimerce, former Meta and Reddit engineering lead, bringing the data and technology perspective. Alexandra Rutkay – Founder & CEO of @citymouse_ny who bootstrapped the brand to seven figures in 18 months. @juliakolodkina – Founder of @all.eyes.on.us.nyc and @aliiiens.global and creator of Tasteology, bringing the brand and human behavior perspective. Moderated by @hello.mimiwu – Founder & CEO of @sotebaby.official bringing 15+ years of entrepreneurial and systems-thinking experience. Spots are limited to keep the room intentional.
