Hello, this is Penelope Pearle, and Penny for short. She’s just ~7 weeks old and was a rescued barn baby. So far, she’s been a drinking, eating, peeing, and pooping machine… but mostly wanting to play 99% of the time. She’s about the size of a shaker bottle right now (without the lid). #kitten #cat #catsoninstagram #cats_of_instagram

Recipe below 👇 I lowered the water to protein ratio so that more of the sweetness comes through since it is mixed with coffee and ice. I only had water at the hotel but it would be even better with milk! ☕️ 1-2 shots of espresso 🥛 350mL of milk or water 🫖 2 scoops of Bobatein’s Black Milk Tea protein powder Bobatein Fun Facts:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✅ sweetened with Stevia⁣⁣ ✅ uses tea from Taiwan and Japan for the authentic taste ⁣⁣ ✅ uses REAL ingredients, like actual taro, unlike the artificially flavoured powders that most bubble tea shops use ✅ uses the highest quality New Zealand Whey concentrate - 0 antibiotics ⁣⁣ ✅ made in Canada 🇨🇦!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 🏷️ ⁣⁣⁣ #Canadian #CanadianMade #BubbleTea #BobaTea #Protein #WheyProtein #TorontoFitness #BodyBuilding #Toronto #Mississauga #TorontoFoodie #HongKong #HongKongFood #MississaugaFoodie #Recipes #CoffeeRecipes #SmallBusiness #SmallBusinessReels #Coffee #ProteinRecipes #Cafe #Fitness #CoffeeLover #ProteinShake

Ok so I see all these guidelines and rules for picking out the best watermelons but I swear none of it is 100% fool-proof. Yellow sun-patch is always a big one! What tips do you have for picking them out? 😫 Luckily with Bobatein, I know for sure that I’m making the right choice! ⁣⁣ Here’s why we love using Bobatein:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✅ sweetened with Stevia⁣⁣ ✅ uses tea from Taiwan and Japan for the authentic taste ⁣⁣ ✅ uses REAL ingredients, like actual taro, unlike the artificially flavoured powders that most bubble tea shops use.⁣⁣ ✅ uses the highest quality New Zealand Whey concentrate - 0 antibiotics ⁣⁣ ✅ made in Canada 🇨🇦!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 🏷️ ⁣⁣⁣ #Canadian #CanadianMade #BubbleTea #BobaTea #Protein #WheyProtein #TorontoFitness #BodyBuilding #Toronto #Mississauga #TorontoFoodie #Funny #ReelIdeas #MississaugaFoodie #Markham #Trending #SmallBusiness #SmallBusinessReels #Adulting #SubtleAsianTraits

Another beautiful sight from a trip. This was from my adventure in Bali (and Singapore) a few months ago. I wanted to watch Suzume for the longest time because of the soundtrack but always forgot or got too busy - luckily on the flight back, they had it! Such a captivating movie and you know it’s always better when there are cute cats 🐈 When I was walking along the path beside the rice field, I felt like there was creative potential but didn’t know what I’d draw. It just fit so perfectly, seeing as I felt like I went through a portal to a new world on the other side of the planet. Hope you guys like it! 🏷️ #suzume #bali #indonesia #ricefields #animeedit #fanart #anime #art #animeart #animedrawing #canadianartist #travelphotography #travelblogger

🥣Protein Melona recipe below ↓⁣ ⁣ Only 2-3 ingredients with 2 steps! We used less milk to protein powder for these compared to regular protein shakes to improve the texture and have a more concentrated taste since cold treats don’t taste as sweet to our taste buds as warmer foods. ⁣ ⁣ Save this recipe and tag us if you give this a try! ⁣ ⁣ 🍈𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ⁣ -175mL unsweetened cashew milk ⁣ *you can use regular milk for a creamier texture⁣ -1.5 scoop Honeydew Melon protein powder⁣ -(OPTIONAL) small pieces of honeydew fruit ⁣ ⁣ 🪜𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬: ⁣ 1. This is actually a game changer! I’ll be honest - I’m still out here buying bbt 🧋from my favourite spots, but I can’t drink it every single day. ⁣ ⁣ Getting those cravings satisfied while making sure my workout doesn’t go to waste is the best win-win situation! ⁣ ⁣⁣ Here’s why I love using Bobatein:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ✅ sweetened with Stevia⁣⁣ ✅ uses tea from Taiwan and Japan for the authentic taste ⁣⁣ ✅ uses REAL ingredients, like actual taro, unlike the artificially flavoured powders that most bubble tea shops use.⁣⁣ ✅ uses the highest quality New Zealand Whey concentrate - 0 antibiotics ⁣⁣ ✅ made in Canada 🇨🇦!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 🏷️ ⁣⁣⁣ #Canadian #CanadianMade #BubbleTea #BobaTea #Protein #WheyProtein #TorontoFitness #BodyBuilding #Toronto #Mississauga #TorontoFoodie #MississaugaFoodie #Markham #CocoTea #ChaTime #KungFuTea #Mango

🧋Let’s unbox some Bobatein together - along with their 2 new fruity flavours!⁣ ⁣ It’s crazy that you can get 𝟐𝟓𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 per serving while literally drinking your favourite bubble tea flavours. I’ve tried so many other brands that have bbt flavours and this one is hands-down the best (even Diesel’s milk tea flavour falls short). It is also VERY clean-tasting and doesn’t have a lingering dairy aftertaste. ⁣ ⁣ Best Asian compliment? It’s also 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐓𝐎𝐎 𝐒𝗪𝐄𝐄𝐓! (You can just change the ratio if you have a bigger sweet tooth 🦷) ⁣ ⁣ Here’s why I love it:⁣ ⁣ ✅ sweetened with Stevia⁣ ✅ uses tea from Taiwan and Japan for the authentic taste ⁣ ✅ uses REAL ingredients, like actual taro, unlike the artificially flavoured powders that most bubble tea shops use.⁣ ✅ uses the highest quality New Zealand Whey concentrate - 0 antibiotics ⁣ ✅ made in Canada 🇨🇦!⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 🏷️ ⁣⁣ #Canadian #CanadianMade #BubbleTea #BobaTea #Protein #WheyProtein #TorontoFitness #BodyBuilding #Toronto #Mississauga #TorontoFoodie #MississaugaFoodie #Markham #CocoTea #ChaTime #KungFuTea

If you haven’t seen the new Bunny additions to the shop… I have a new travel pin and keychain! This is also available as planner stickers in my shop.⁣ ⁣ Random life story share 👇⁣ ⁣ A few years ago, after living in rural Québec for a year after university, I taught in England for a year. During school breaks, I was travelling mostly solo and stayed in hostels, which was such an educational experience (albeit nerve-wracking). I went to 13 countries in one year, including going to Asia for the first time in my life. I missed a flight when the gate changed and had to buy a new ticket while making peanuts as a teacher, experienced New Years on the ground and in the sky on the way to Russia for a connecting flight, I was abandoned by the AirBnB owner who never showed up in Portugal outside of the main city, severely twisted my ankle in Athens while walking along at night because there was a hole in the street, was stalked in the city I lived in in England… and so much more. ⁣ ⁣ I also met so many awesome people and experienced breathtaking sights and ate so much good food. ⁣ ⁣ For anyone who doesn’t follow my personal account @hello.nickeyy I’ve started travelling more frequently again but this time with credit card points which has been such a blessing (I don’t make that much money lol). It’s wild to me that there’s a world where I can pay less for a Business Class flight than I paid for an economy flight to Europe. Also, this time I’m travelling with my partner and it’s a different experience being able to share everything I’m experiencing with someone. ⁣ ⁣ Travelling is a privilege and it’s not something that everyone enjoys or has to do. For me, I love it for the food, culture, and being exposed to different languages. ⁣ ⁣ What about you? Do you like travelling or hate it?

🐶”Don’t worry, she won’t bite!” ⁣ ⁣ Just a little picture from my Halifax trip during a stop at Burntcoat Head Park. We were able to walk around the ocean floor during low-tide which was super cool! The floor was so different at different parts and there were living organisms everywhere in the puddles of water. ⁣ ⁣ It also gave a bit of a dystopian feel, almost like imagining what a future world would look like with some sort of climate change disaster with some life coming back slowly. I thought Princess Mononoke would be an interesting drawing to incorporate into this one! Swipe right to see the progression from the original. What do you think? ⁣ ⁣ 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞:⁣ ⁣ “Burntcoat Head Park is home to the world’s highest recorded tides. Owned and operated by the Municipality of East Hants, the park is open seasonally from mid-May to mid-October.⁣ ⁣ Over the years, Burntcoat Head Park and the land it occupies has been cared for firstly by the Mi’kmaq first nations, Acadians and other settlers, lighthouse keepers, community volunteers, and now the Municipality of East Hants. The park is free to explore and serves as a can’t-miss destination to experience the highest tides on planet Earth.⁣ ⁣ Did you know? The Bay of Fundy has been named as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of North America, due to the world-record tides measured right here at Burntcoat Head Park.” (burntcoatheadpark.ca)
