And that’s a wrap on baseball season for my buddy! He really grew this year and hit a couple home runs and had a lot of fun while doing it! We couldn’t be more proud! Jack truly has a passion for sports. Can’t wait to see where it takes him ⚾️ ❤️

We’re constantly amazed by this community — the way you show up, give everything you’ve got in your workouts, and then still pour so much love and energy into the people around you.

McKayla is one of those people who reminds us why we do what we do. She’s a mom to three adorable kiddos — 41/2 year old and 1 1/2 year-old twins — and even with her busy life, she walks into the club every day with the brightest smile.

You’ll see her chatting with members, lifting others up, and bringing such a positive, warm presence to the club.

And one of our favorite things is knowing that parents like McKayla get to take care of themselves while their kids are having a blast in our incredible Life Time Kids Academy. It’s a space where little ones can learn, play, and stay active — so parents can breathe, recharge, and show up even stronger.

McKayla, you inspire us, and we’re so lucky to have you in this community. ❤️

Life lately 🥰

And before anyone says anything I did have permission of the twins mom to post these.

This summer has gone by quickly but has been pretty relaxing.Exactly what I needed. I will definitely miss the little ones. Until next summer I guess.

Also nothing like comforting cuddles from my baby Dixie❤️

I don’t just capture some cute things to throw up on your social media…

I capture the uncontrollable joy that fills you to the brim when you meet this new human for the first time. The way every person cannot help but gush with love. To me these moments are priceless and I am always honored when someone trusts me to capture it right and to its fullest.

“Time to earn your wings!” ✈️ I made a goal this year to take more pictures/videos WITH my kids - not just OF them.
Sometimes it takes seeing yourself from an different point of view to remember you’re doing a dang good job. You’re raising precious souls while juggling so much. You are their HOME 🥹🫶🏻 You’re doing better than you think you are🤍

Share this with a mama who needs this reminder💕

It can be easy to feel lost after having a baby. You might look in the mirror and not even recognize who you are anymore. You wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.

YOU CAN AND YOU WILL 👏🏻 Fight to find yourself in motherhood💜 Prioritize your needs - your health, nutrition, fitness, and relationships that fill your cup. Make time for your hobbies/things that make you truly happy ☀️ Seek help from family, close friends & medical professionals, if necessary. You deserve to feel strong, happy and fulfilled - even if it looks different than before.

Yes, you are a mom, but you’re also still YOU 🫶🏻🥹

What do you do to “fill your own cup” as a mom?👇🏻
