POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Two years ago I wouldn’t have been able to fathom standing on the stage with these women. I’m so grateful for their friendship, belief, support, and unrelenting commitment to growth (as defined by them).

I’m constantly in awe of the generosity with which they share their expertise, network, and ideas.

I met each of these women through masterminds. On this stage is a woman with the #1 talk on TED, a NYT Bestselling author, a woman who has worked with Olympians and one who has reverse engineered your favorite creators newsletters, there is a women who raised over 30 million in venture funding (while pregnant), and one who has consulted with over 200 companies, not to mention the hundreds of millions in revenue represented on this stage and global impact.

But what impresses me the most? Their vulnerability, generosity, and resilience.

Last night, around a fire, we regaled about how unbelievably challenging it can be as an entrepreneur. And how rewarding. And scary. And fun.

No matter the stage you’re at right now, I encourage you to not do it alone.

A week ago today, we filled a room with some of the most ambitious, driven, incredible women around.

Our inaugural boutique conference meets in-person mastermind, Visionary, was EVERYTHING 🙌

We celebrated, connected, laughed and learned so much from each other and from our amazing speakers.

When we created Visionary, we wanted to find a way to dig deeper, include plenty of meaningful networking opportunities and make sure every moment was curated to provide the most value possible.

With the help of our speakers:
@nikhorger
@sailynndoyle
@lyrikanselmo
@itsdcherelle

‘Be more curious’ was on my list of goals for the year.

I’m no stranger to new places. But I’ve been saying yes to more, just to see what it’s like.

4 months ago, I hadn’t heard of @thereelies. 3 months ago, I didn’t know @joandlyndon . 2 months ago I didn’t know I’d be at @createcultivate . A month ago, I didn’t know @flodesk was hosting a walk.

And with every thing I say yes to, life gets curiouser and curiouser.

👋 Meet Hannah Soto!

We are thrilled to welcome @hellohannahsoto as our closing keynote speaker at Visionary!

Hannah brings over 20 years of experience building businesses and brands, including delivering more than $12 million in work through her video and photo production company, Arridia Group, with clients like Apple, Google, Marriott, and Coca-Cola.

Today, she works with overfunctioning founders who keep promises to everyone except themselves. Her work is rooted in a simple idea: a business can’t outgrow its founder.

We’re so excited to have Hannah bring her experience, perspective, and a fresh way of thinking to the Visionary stage 🙌

Visionary is sold out for this year, but if you want in on next year’s event, Visionary Women, drop “VW 2027” and Sophie the Soulbot will send you the info! 💃

My recap of @createcultivate.

I spent the weekend at the “Coachella” of women entrepreneurs- a networking, education and celebration event with 10 hour days of walking, talking and extroversion @createcultivate in LA!

Conferences and events like this, even for the most centered and well-regulated nervous system, and in the most comfortable shoes….can feel depleting simply because it’s exciting and we are “on” for a long time all at once.

But it can also feel overwhelming, overstimulating and if you’re traveling to be at a conference like this, add on travel weariness.

👯‍♀️ Here’s what I’m doing to recover physically and also reintegrate energetically and mentally on Monday morning:

*not shown: sleep, hydratttttion, journaling

Do this as a sequence and then spend a GOOD amount of time in Legs Up the Wall (or couch). Let your mind completely relax, breathe slowly out for the first 2 minutes.

You can do all of these in your hotel if you’re still traveling for work. Take a bath towel or folded blanket for the last pose and do everything else on the floor or in your bed.

It was SO fun to meet and connect with so many ambitious, smart and beautiful women from all over the world! Tag who you met so they can do this sequence, too!

We are ready and eager to share about our messy middles. Not from a place of bragging or from the finish line, but from the place that changed our approach.

Four creatives, founders, and entrepreneurs who are ready to talk candidly about how they navigate the gap between where they are today and where they want to be next.

This talk only happens with your help.
