Last month we hosted CinemAsia: Under a Harvest Moon, a mid-autumn celebration with short film screenings and a lantern decoration workshop, with @helloitspansy and @droogamsterdam 🏮

We are so grateful to the filmmakers for sharing their works with us, to Pansy for guiding the workshop and to Droog for the great venue, as well as all of you for showing up and celebrating with us! 💛

Don't forget our open call for short films to be screened during our 2027 festival programming (link in bio). Applications are open until 30 November! 🎬

Stay tuned for future events, and we definitely hope to see you at the next edition of our festival, taking place from 31 March to 4 April 2027 in Amsterdam 🍿🤩

💫⛺️ it's the last week of inner child 🥹❣️

for the past two and a half(ish) months, I've had the absolute joy of walking into my favorite place, @helloitspansy, every week and watching people of all ages interact with my work, and that has been the biggest gift I could've ever wished for out of this exhibition 💖

this year has been a rough one from the very start, and I jumped into inner child making mode just a week after handing in a thesis that had me digging through a whole lot of historical pain while also grieving the loss of my amazing grandpa... making these pieces kept me tethered when I felt adrift, brought back the joy of growing up in a cooky house full of brilliant (and slightly unhinged) people, and made me feel inspired and infinitely less alone ✨🥰

so all I can say is a big thank you to those of you who have continued to show up and practice kindness through it all, and the friends and strangers who took home tiny bits of my heart in celebration of their own childhood memories 💌

you can still come say goodbye in person until this coming sunday (oct 25), and I'll be there teaching cutie workshops if you wanna yap about tamagotchis and clippy and your fave birthday party too, hihi 🥹🎈

My camera roll looks like all I do is eat. And it is one of my hobbies. But right now it feels more like all I do is work. A lot of it isn't visible yet and it's not in my nature to communicate much of what I do let alone put it on social media. But I liked this portrait my friend Lina (@helloitspansy) took of me, I look a little unsure but calm at the same time. I think that's the stage I'm in right now. The exhale between finishing a product and running up towards its release. Just a little while and books, stickers, ceramics and more will come your way. Until then I hope you're having a comfy transition into fall🍁🍂🍲

🥰 Windows for @helloitspansy 🩷

When I started brainstorming for Pansy, I didn’t know that pansies, the flower, attract a whole crowd. From caterpillars, slugs, deer, to squirrels, they all come for a taste. Turns out pansies are quite the hotspot 🦌🐛🐿️🐝

That felt like the perfect reflection of Pansy the store: it just pulls people in!! Every gatherings feels warm and welcoming~

I wanted to portray all kinds of creatures finally finding their way back to Pansy, making it their usual spot again :)

Thank you Lina for having me. Thank you Loes for the gorgeous photos!!
