On the death anniversary of Birsa Munda, we pay tribute to a tribal leader/activist who chose resistance over submission, and whose fight for jal, jangal, zameen continues to echo across generations.

Esak Munda is an original animated film concept inspired by the Munda rebellion of Jharkhand, a story of people who stood against colonial rule to protect their forests, their land, and their way of life.

This project marks our attempt, as a studio, to create original IPs and tell stories that truly belong to us. That has always been the dream.

We believe this is the only way we can contribute to the coming-of-age of Indian animation, an industry still finding its voice, its identity, and its courage to tell stories rooted in our own histories.

हर घर एक मुट्ठी #चावल के साथ जन #आंदोलन में अपनी भागीदारी
अंतर्गत #बागबेड़ा_जलापूर्ति योजना, जो लगभग 7-8 वर्षों से अधूरी पड़ी है, आज भी क्षेत्र की जनता को शुद्ध #पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने में विफल साबित हो रही है।
इस योजना से 21 पंचायतों के 113 गांव, रेलवे क्षेत्र की 33 बस्तियां तथा लगभग 2.5 लाख आबादी लाभान्वित होने वाली थी, लेकिन पाइपलाइन बिछ जाने के बावजूद लोगों को केवल आश्वासन और भ्रम ही मिला है।
आज बागबेड़ा जलापूर्ति योजना आंदोलन की नींव रखने वाले साथियों के साथ योजना के चल रहे कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया गया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान स्पष्ट रूप से महसूस हुआ कि वर्तमान स्थिति में योजना का जल्द शुरू होना संभव नहीं दिख रहा है।
क्षेत्र की जनता वर्षों से पानी की गंभीर समस्या झेल रही है, जिसे अब और बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
सभी आंदोलनकारी साथियों के साथ विस्तृत विचार-विमर्श कर यह निर्णय लिया गया कि यदि शीघ्र जलापूर्ति शुरू नहीं होती है तो क्षेत्र की जनता के हित में एक व्यापक जनआंदोलन खड़ा किया जाएगा।
पानी जनता का अधिकार है और इस अधिकार के लिए हर स्तर पर संघर्ष जारी रहेगा।
इस अवसर पर श्री सुबोध झा जी, श्री कृष्णा पात्रो जी, श्री छोटेराय मुर्मू जी, श्री प्रभा हांसदा जी, श्री पवित्र पांडे जी, श्री संतोष जायसवाल जी, श्री महेश सिंह जी, श्री रामेश्वर प्रसाद जी, श्री कन्हैया पांडे जी, श्री सौरभ कुमार जी, श्री अखिलेश कुमार जी सहित अनेक साथी उपस्थित रहे।
सभी के सहयोग और एकजुटता से जल्द ही एक बड़े जनआंदोलन की रूपरेखा तैयार की जाएगी।
