Some personal news. Since mid June I have been on weight loss medication(self funded) It has changed my life in so many ways and all for the good. Not only am I the lightest but more importantly the healthiest I have been for a very very long time. For me, weight loss medication gave me the structure and freedom to make the right lifestyle choices. I have been supported medically throughout my journey but this weight loss medication journey has come to an end. Whether you agree with this type of medication or not is totally irrelevant to me and I will NOT judge anyone with views on either side of the debate….just wanted to show my new confidence and journey. I am fully aware that the real change in lifestyle and test will come now post medication and I am fully prepared and up to the task but only time will tell.
