Vibes were high at @gerlevih where we had the pleasure of teaching everyone together from 4 different lines at international gathering - parkour dance move and beach volley.

We did a acroyoga social with fun dynamic tricks both standing and L base + a cool down

and it was cool to see what can happen when highly open and active people get thrown into the"Acro Arena" many for the first time. 💥💥

So many laughs ❤️

Thanks to those who helped with our baby @malou.dee.dam and to the nearly 100 people who came out despite training easy to hard on the first day of the gathering lol

Me vs @hendel.studio I might win the sissy squat but never the subtle battle for power 😂

Part 2 coming tomorrow - who do YOU want to battle in sissy squats?

If you are tired, do you train anyway? For me personally, the answer is a resounding yes.

If I am tired, training is modified, not cancelled.

Not because I enjoy suffering.

I just know how to make training feel good and bring me energy. I also know how to absolutely destroy myself.

(I like to do that before weekends with the family so I can calm down a little. 😀)

Shout out if you train tired and realize that IS taking care of yourself if you do it right. Thanks to @hendel.studio for being an amazing mom tired or not and for being scary strong as well. 💪💥

And - shout out to tired people in general and esp parents, we love you whether you train or not, just get out there and do what you need and want and love to do anyway!

As Marcus Aurelius said:

Tired? Then do it tired.

That's maybe my nr one parenting quote right there
