Pace, Pulse & Pastries! 🤎

What a beautiful morning of movement, connection and community.

We started with an express Pilates class to fire up the core and glutes, before heading down to the local Bentleigh Reserve for some fresh air, movement and a walk or run with friends.

We then returned to the beautiful Inner State studio for an incredible, heartfelt Yin Yoga session with the exceptional Avelyn, giving everyone a chance to slow down, breathe and reset.

And, of course, we had to finish the wellness experience with delicious pastries from @danapatisserie and coffee, all enjoyed together as one big community. 🥐

The studio was filled with chats, hugs and such a warm energy. It was so lovely to welcome new faces, reconnect with familiar ones and simply spend a morning moving and connecting together.

A huge thank you to the wonderful @coachquinsays for opening up her beautiful studio @innerstatemelbourne , to @mellow_creatureyoga for sharing her beautiful Yin practice, and to everyone who came along and brought such incredible community energy. We loved every second. And to our Brighton @lululemonausnz family for our mats and surprise giveaways! 🙏🏽

We can’t wait for the next Run Pilates wellness experience. Keep your eyes peeled… 👀

And we’d love to hear from you , what would you love to see at our next wellness experience?

It’s International Doggy Day! Woof Woof!

To all the dogs in the world, especially mine, thank you for being the most amazing creatures.

Having a dog is one of the best things in life for me. I feel like the bond between a human and a dog is like no other.

May all humans have a chance at some stage in their lives to feel connected to a dog, and may all dogs in the world feel safe, loved and nourished.

Happy treats, lots of yummy rubs and tonnes of licks day doggies! Today and everyday, we celebrate you! 🐶

Here’s a post for all my followers who are dog lovers 🐶

Meet Tank, our big, cuddly teddy bear of a staffy.

He brought joy back into my heart, my body and soul after my beautiful girl, Busta, made her way over the rainbow 🌈

He is the most adorable boy. He’s got a heart of gold and a goofy bark. Even if he had a full set of teeth, he’d never chomp on your fingers. He’s a gentle giant.

We started him on Lyka about 6 months back and he’s loved it. It’s a little heavy on the hip pocket but it’s worth it. We give him half servings along with other food that I whip up for him.

It’s helped him maintain a healthy weight and we believe it’s improved his overall mood and wellbeing.

This is by no means sponsored by Lyka whatsoever. We just wanted to share this with you because it’s worked so well for us.

If you head to my bio, you’ll see a link for Lyka. It directs you to the partner link for @tailsoftheforgottenpaws_au whom we adopted Tank from. We loved the @lykapetfood so much that we called them and asked if they would offer us a partnership. With open arms, they welcomed us and created this link for us to share with those who have been on the fence.

The link gives you 50% off your first order and 30% off your second. You can cancel at anytime! For any referral, @tailsoftheforgottenpaws_au will receive $20 as a thank you. It’s a win for all 🏆 Especially us if it means you found something that agrees with your fur baby and improves their longevity and overall quality of life.

Lyka have been so supportive ever since we connected and they have donated so many free meals for our fosters and rescues.

No pressure, just sharing the love and should you give it a go, we hope your fur baby benefits from the meals as much as Tank has.

Thanks for sticking around for the read 🦴

There’s something truly magical about senior dogs ✨️💛
The way they love… softly, deeply, without hurry.
The way their wisdom settles into a room, calming every heart around them.

Leila — our beautiful 14-year-old wolfie cross — is all grace, gentleness, and quiet strength. Her presence feels like a blessing, every single day. Just being able to sit with her, walk with her, breathe beside her… it’s a gift I never take for granted. ❤️

Every lump and bump on her tells a story of her journey in life. She may not have many more years but from the moment she was born, she understood how to love unconditionally and to be present. Perhaps that's why dogs have much shorter life than us because they don't need 80 years to learn how to live life to the fullest.

Senior dogs remind us of what really matters: love, patience, connection, and the beauty of simply being.

Dogs are just magical ✨️
And Leila? She’s one of those rare souls… a true 🦄🤍

What a warm and fuzzy feeling! We spent the afternoon stretching with puppies.

Thank you to @yogacave_au for fundraising for @tailsoftheforgottenpaws_au a rescue group close to my heart. If it weren’t for them, we wouldn’t have our boy, Tank!

Keep a look out for more exciting events with @yogacave_au

Your ticket purchase goes towards helping this 100% volunteer based charity keep all the animals in their care up to date with their vaccinations, any medication needed, general supplies and on going assistance for all of their fosters.

@elletsividis you’ve done such a great job nursing these gorgeous four legged babies. We are so lucky to have spent time with them before they meet their forever families.

Feline lovers, they’ve got something for you too🐱

What a beautiful day!

Thank you to Socks, Truffle, Marble, John Snow, Willow and Oreo for being so cuddly and bringing so much joy to everyone who met you today 🥰

Meet our Tank, the almost 10-year-old Staffy x Mastiff, whose trick today was not sitting still! 🎃 Tank started hydrotherapy after losing muscle mass and hobbling; now he’s built good muscle tone, moves freely, and is on a maintenance program to stay strong. And don’t you just love those ears! 🐾💙
