Nature is a web of interdependence among all living beings—from stones and minerals to plants and animals, to humans, and everything in between. It is a constant cycle of change, transformation, and renewal, provided by Mother Earth, who gives and takes back in balance🐌🍄‍🟫🌎

Aho🌿

💚Herbalist’s Picnic 2023 💚

Over the 5 years that we’ve been open, we’ve had some very special herbalists become part of the team. I’m so grateful for what each and every one of them has brought to the apothecary 🙏

Remedy Garden wouldn’t be the magical healing hub that it is if it weren’t for the unique gifts of each herbalist behind the counter and for the support of the community it serves.

I love all these ladies so much! (including the ones who couldn’t make it tonight). You all feel like family to me. 💚

And 5 years feels like such a milestone……🦋

We had such a nourishing time, meeting new babies, laughing, drinking blue lotus elixir and feasting on an abundant array of deliciousness.

Blessings and Infinite Gratitude for our herbal family. 💚🌿

“To become a true herbalist, therefore, means to become a seer. This means to be sensitive to the being of the herbs, to commune in receptive awareness with the plant-light of the universe. It is to learn to listen when the plant speaks, to speak to the plant as to another human being, and to look upon it as one’s teacher.”

-The Yoga of Herbs by David Frawley

THIS is the purpose+vision of this journey/retreat::: to let the plants teach us. To sit with them in the wild. To sip their essence. To embody their gifts.

I’m calling it EXPERIENTIAL HERBALISM. My whole being is lit up by the vision of a group of us sitting with a happy bunch of Stinging Nettle as the teacher, admiring, seeing and BEING with it. 🌱✨Visit the link in bio to join us.

The flowers spoke to me in my dreams last night. They urged me to fully blossom, shine and share. Breathing life and energy and nourishment into this seed that has been planted for a while::: this gathering to spend sweet time on an island that has ignited me to bloom into a more embodied woman.

Excitement and joy is bubbling in my heart and belly today: joining with soul-sisters Amanda @wholebodyhealth and SJ @herbal_roots_ to co-create an experience that will surely ignite something within the souls of all that join us:::: will you? We still have spaces available.

Check out the link in the bio for the details🌸🌹🌱
