POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s Tuesday and I don’t have any plans to go anywhere. Yet, I’m wearing a dress and did a little photoshoot — because I’m romanticizing my life, even in the small moments. I have a vision for what I want my life to look like: me being present and happy. Not overwhelmed and in survival mode. Even on a random Tuesday, that’s worth dressing up for.
Inspired by @_krisstylee and @herformance_fit — becoming HER. Hot, embodied, and rich in life. 🫶 #RomanticizeYourLife #MainCharacterEnergy #PresentOverPerfect #BecomingHER #embodiedliving

This is my why:

Feeling good in my body, confident in the moment, and present with the people I love. Its getting dressed and not overthinking it. I would’ve never worn a strapless bra, but now I love it!! It’s going out and actually enjoying myself without feeling guilty about my choices. And it’s looking back at photos and seeing how radiant I looked instead of picking myself apart.

Health and fitness has given me the freedom to live more fully. The early mornings, healthy choices, boundaries I set, and ways I choose to take care of myself aren’t perfect, but it works. It’s about creating a life where I feel good, look good, and can have balance.

I’m so thankful for choosing to invest in myself 8 months ago bc future me is enjoying all the benefits & you should too!

After a final exam that took 3 hours, ya girl is DONE with her stats class. Walked into the final with my overall course grade being 101.6% - safe to say 3rd time is the charm to finally complete elementary statistics 😆

After unknowingly enrolling in an accelerated course, my life has been pretty chaotic the last 8 weeks but I didn’t give up. I worked 60 hours per week with my job, did homework/studying, roughly 3 workouts per week, and kept the boys alive 😆🫠

While everyone is probably wondering “how is she able to do it all?” - just know that I’m not able to show up 100% in every single area of my life. I have piles of clean laundry and dirty laundry scattered through my house on the regular, my sink is full of dishes more often than not, lots of projects sitting half finished, and I haven’t been able to take the boys to the park or on walks. But I still snuggle them while I study/do homework, play games when asked, present whenever and however long they need me to be to help regulate them, and able to make every appointment or meeting.

Right now is just a season, a busy one for sure, but I have goals. I need to dial in to be able to give them a mom who is regulated, physically able to be there for them, and build a career that will allow me to continue to be there for them physically/emotionally/financially as much as possible 🫶🏼

Now it’s time for me to take a 2 week break before summer semester classes start 😆

Six years ago I thought “being smaller” would solve all my problems. Spoiler: it didn’t.

2019–2020: I was the smallest I’d ever been and the most uncomfortable in my own skin. I chased “skinny” and perfectly posed pics, not health.

2021–2022: the “freshman 15” turned into +45. I fed my body whatever, hated what I saw, and felt stuck (constipation/IBS, bloated, low energy, low confidence). Swimsuit shopping was my personal hell.

2023: I started choosing myself. Not perfectly. Not all at once. But consistently enough to get my spark back.

2024: I walked into the gym with zero expectations and actually found myself for the first time in years.

2025–present: I stopped negotiating with my excuses. I track my macros, lift 4x/week, drink my water, hit my steps, and I’m stronger mentally and physically.

And the biggest plot twist?
I’m around the same weight, but I’m a completely different person.

Everyday is a fu*king choice. Choose yourself. I promise you won’t regret it.

Almost every single woman I have ever coached told me at the beginning they knew WHAT they needed to do

“Be in a calorie deficit, lift 4x a week, hit your steps” YAWN

But they still weren’t seeing the fat loss, looking like they worked out or could get dressed without at least a borderline mentyB

It’s because THAT ALONE WILL 👏NOT👏 TRANSFORM 👏YOUR 👏BODY 👏OR 👏BELIEFS INTO THE WOMAN YOU WANT TO BE

You don’t have a knowledge problem, you have an identity problem

I can tell you if your fat loss will stick or not simply by

How you speak to yourself
The stories you believe about yourself
The thoughts you let play on repeat
The standards you hold for yourself and those around you

If it really was simply eat less and move more, 80% of people wouldn’t regain the weight back post diet

Women I coach will tell you, one of the very first things I ask of them is to come in willing to shed old identities, labels, and stories that do not serve you

Because it’s not a lack of information problem, you have chat daddy at your fingertips in 2026

it’s that you need someone to help you light the match to burn all those boxes you’ve put yourself in and build the woman you are meant to become

I can tell you without a doubt, not a single client of mine has ever “just lost fat”

They did indeed lose the fat, get leaner and feel good af in their skin, trust

But they also became
->more more regulated, so they snapped less
->more decisive in who they were
->braver, bolder and unapologetic versions of themselves

They became women who laughed louder, took up space and loved their lives!!

So no. You’re not silly, you’re not vain, you just want peace and you’re allowed to want that!!

You’re allowed to want to do something for yourself that allows yourself to live and be where your feet are 🫶

I used to look at women like this and think
“That could never be me.”

Like they had some gene I missed out on
Some advantageBut really they were my permission
They were proof that what I wanted was actually possible

Now I work with women every day who start with the same belief I had:
“Nothing works for me.”
“I fail at everything.”

Women who avoided mirrors
Avoided group photos
Avoided trips because they didn’t want to be seen

Now, these same exact women are opening businesses they never thought possible
Sending me photos in outfits they feel good as hell in
Counting down to beach trips instead of panicking about bikinis
Showing up in the middle of group photos, smiling, relaxed, PRESENT

But they aren’t special
they don’t have a “lucky” gene

They’re moms. Wives. Full-time workers. Surgeons. Women with full schedules, full stress, full lives

They’re not proof of what you can’t be
They’re proof that you can

This is what I do
I coach women out of the storyline that they’re broken
and into a version of themselves that has the body and belief system that they thought was only a dream

And if someone just LIKE you can do it
so can you!

I believe in you. Don’t make me a liar. 😘

You say “I’ll start again Monday” while subconsciously rolling your eyes into oblivion..
because it’s the 97th time you’ve said it and you no longer believe it for even a split second

It’s just a quick comfort for in the moment, I know because yea, I did the same thing

And no one is to blame you for feeling as if you can’t stick to anything, you’ve been given plans that aren’t built around you or anyone with a real life tbh

This is why all @herformance_fit clients get a custom plan using my Main Character Method to build back their self trust and proof that they CAN do this

Once you trust yourself again, the fat loss part is easy peasyyy

DM “HER” to learn about my method and give your word power again in 2026❤️‍🔥

Music loud as hell.
Car karaoke, alone, on the way to respectfully destroy my hamstrings.

Listening to Russ, because duh.

He says,
“If you saw me now, would you recognize me?
I know it’s been a while, but I’m still me.”

And it hit me immediately
No tf I’m not.

The woman on the left is not the woman on the right.

“Before me” lived angry.
All the time.
She didn’t know how to cope, had zero self-worth, and chased dopamine hits from food just to feel something for five seconds.

She wore her victim mindset like a badge of honor.
“Must be nice.”
“That won’t work for me.”
Didn’t even try.

She accepted trash attention from men who were, to be frank, not shhhhtttt
because attention felt better than nothing.

She put herself in a box
and then convinced herself that box was reality.

Today I am a completely different woman.

I’m not angry anymore, even when it would be easier to be.
I can see why people do what they do, even when it hurts.

I am putting myself in rooms that scare the tf out of me
because seeing other women do it is proof that I can too, will* too

I have a marriage that people in our life literally call “unrealistic.”
Not because it’s perfect (none are)
but because the standards are high and the self-respect is higher.

I move, think, and act from self-love and expansion now, not punishment.
Not fear.
Not survival.

So if you knew me before 2019?
You don’t know me.
And I’m damn proud of that.

And if you don’t love how you’re showing up right now
If you snap and don’t recognize yourself
If your standards for yourself are something you’re ashamed to admit

You don’t have to stay there.
You can burn the chapter.
Rewrite the narrative.

Just make yourself the leading role this time.

This is your story.
Live it like it matters.

Turns out, you DO have the patience 😂

It was just for the wrong things, so now imagine what could happen if you gave that same energy to yourself for 6 weeks straight.

Love you, mean it 🫶😅

SAVE FOR YOUR NEXT LEG DAY💡MORE TIPS ⬇️

•Imagine pushing your hips to the back wall and trying to touch it
•Cue that helps me: think of your glute/ham tie-in area (where they connect) as tongs. Pushing your hips back is opening the tongs, and then using your glutes to stand back up is closing the tongs
•If you need a physical cue, use a band around your hips that is tied to something stationary to create resistance pulling your hips back - this will help you learn the pattern (google hip banded RDL)
•Most* people will only need to go slightly past knees, top shin area
•FILM your sets. Athletes watch game day videos back to get better, you should do the same 🙂‍↕️
