Our herbal ✨mastress✨ in the making, Omiyama Anandara, led us as we planted herbs that will help us nurture ourselves as doulas.

Omiyama was my very first Baltimore doula friend turned sister turned soul family🥰💗

She is the mother of @mamanandabirthcircle and has been cultivating doula community in Baltimore in a truly pioneering way.

She is a mother, a doula, a daughter, a sister, a student midwife, an herbalist, a medicine womban, and so much more🌞

I’m proud to call her my friend and I’m so honored that she shared her medicine with us.

Thank you my sweet, precious Omiyama💛💖

Swirling in the blessings of summer blooms💓✨

🌱 my sweet friend Lydia @labor.with.love has put together a beautiful gathering to learn about local herbs and for birth workers to be poured into.

🌻 I’m doing an herbal walk and sharing my experiences with echinacea along with a few other plants for your doula bag 😉

You can reserve spot here 👉🏾 @pourinseries

MUGWORT🌿🌕😴

As a birthworker and a woman, mugwort is one of those herbs that can support you through many seasons of your life.

I’m so excited for this herbal knowledge share that Omi (@herholisticpath ) is about to lead at the next Pour in🔥🔥🔥

This is about to be INCREDIBLE! And the craziest part is mugwort ain’t even the main act!

Still buzzing from the power, presence, and purpose that filled the room at Cradle to the Cage: Seeds of Hope (@cradletocage ). This wasn’t just a convening—it was a call to action.

Thank you @foreseenvision for capturing these amazing photos 🫶🏼🔥📸

Thank you to our Healer @herholisticpath
for grounding us in a 12th floor yoga experience; breath work and moments of surrender. This allowed us to remove blockages fod our seeds of hope to grow ☀️
