Running through some retest after this last training cycle and I'll freaking THRILLED with this new 3RM bench. Despite a nagging nerve issue in my neck/shoulder, gains are still happening thanks to the programming and rehab of my coach @the_movement_dr at @wodprep .

Also probably helps with these new kicks from @inov8training 😍 that blue though 🩵🩵

Thanks for the spot and encouragement @rachelgf !

SUNDAY ⚡️

Been an off week from the normal routine. Not many miles this week. Spent the week working from home and knocking out some projects around the house while I had time. Was able to accomplish a lot before we hit this busy season of racing, volunteering and run club.

Today @tarynxelizabeth spent the evening cleaning out the gym and cleaning equipment. Finished out the night with a little full-body movement and a progression 5k on the tread.

Tomorrow is Monday! Hope you all rested up and are ready for a new week!

STRENGTH DAY ⚡️🏋️

No clock. No shortcuts. Just quality work under the bar.

BACK SQUAT
6×4 @ 70%

SNATCH
5×1 @ 80%

PUSH PRESS
5×4 @ 72%

The squats bring the volume. The snatches bring the speed and precision. The push press finishes it with explosive overhead power.

Make every rep look like it was supposed to happen. 🔥

Today is a strength + speed-under-load session. The goal is quality reps across all three lifts—not grinding to failure.

Back Squat — 6×4 @ 70%
Build volume with crisp, controlled reps. Stay braced, hit consistent depth, and drive aggressively out of the bottom.

Snatch — 5×1 @ 80%
Heavy enough to demand focus, but every rep should still look sharp. Full setup each attempt, aggressive extension, and commit under the bar.

Push Press — 5×4 @ 72%
Use a strong vertical dip and explosive leg drive. Finish each rep with a hard lockout overhead.

Rest 2–3 minutes between working sets and prioritize execution over rushing.
