PARTNER ANNOUNCEMENT: HERO BARBELL
We’re excited to welcome Hero Barbell to the inaugural Fit & Faded Wellness Festival!
This one feels especially at home.
Fit & Faded was built around the idea that taking care of yourself can look a lot of different ways — and sometimes it looks like putting some heavy s*** on a bar and picking it up...and putting it back down.
Hero Barbell is bringing the strength community into the mix and adding another piece to a festival built around movement, performance, wellness and becoming a stronger version of yourself.
Whether you’re a seasoned lifter, just getting into strength training, or simply curious about that side of fitness, stop by, meet the Hero Barbell crew and see what they’re all about.
Because apparently basketball, CrossFit, boxing, Pilates, yoga, recovery and cold plunges weren't enough... we needed some barbells too. They also have all kinds of gym gear and apparel, and who knows...maybe you could win a barbell.
📅 Saturday, September 5
⏰ 10 AM – 7 PM
📍 The Beal Center | Chesterfield, MO
🎟️ FREE TO ATTEND
Sign up through Eventbrite — link in bio!
Come move. Come learn. Come compete. Come hang out.
Get High. Live Higher.

Overall I give this bar a 10/10 for crossfit and a 7/10 for specific olympic weightlifting. If you’re looking for a home gym or crossfit bar that does a bit of everything this is a perfect option.
