Today I’m in conversation with Leif Bjelland.

We’re exploring breath work, the nervous system, the subconscious mind, and what happens when we begin to meet ourselves differently.

We’ll also talk about children, schools, and what could become possible when we give the next generation tools to understand and regulate themselves from an early age.

And because every Soul Conversation is about what life has revealed through us, we’ll also touch on Leif’s own journey through alcoholism, his bakery, cycling, and the path that led him to breath work.

Let’s dive in.

If this conversation stayed with you, the Soul Conversation continues inside our community.

A space for deeper conversations, embodied wisdom, guest experiences and the questions that stay with you long after the episode ends.
Come join us.

Comment BREATH to receive the episode.

Much love,
Jaya xx

You can’t think your way into a calmer nervous system. It works through the body, not through thinking 🍃
