What if your trip to Tuscany became a movie… and you were the main character? 🎞️🤍

The digital detox during our retreat, BLOOM, isn’t about taking your phone away. Take the photos. Film the view. Capture what you want.

But then, come back to where your feet are.

While you’re living it, I’ll be quietly capturing the rest… the laughs you didn’t know I saw, the conversations around the table, the wandering, creating, dancing and little moments you were too busy experiencing to document.

Every guest will even have their own mini session with me.

So when you come home, you won’t just have proof that you went to Tuscany.

You’ll get to see yourself actually living it.

I am the eye behind the week you get to keep forever. 🎥📸

Working out 🤝 Traveling. Its grown on me over time, as I’ve come to find that keeping a little routine is helpful when you are away from home. Travel is destabilizing (especially in a different time zone) mentally & physically, even when you’re having a great time. I’ve found that working out on trips really keeps my mood up and helps my sleep regulate, which allows me to enjoy myself even more.

Here, Saul & I are training at @villaardore ‘s new beautiful gym, which made working out a no-brainer. Enjoying the view and fresh air while working out - incredible 🩵

At Villa Ardore, mornings might begin here, among the vines, on paths that climb through Chianti Classico’s hills, air still cool from the night. A run, a fast walk, a conversation that unfolds with the landscape.

Or in our Technogym studio, open to the most soothing of views, strength training with the vineyard as a backdrop.

This is wellbeing as we understand it. Not a retreat from life, but a return to a simpler rhythm of it.

Be Well.

Are you really getting the most out of your physique?

Most men’s physique athletes will reach a certain level with their posing and stop making any efforts to improve.

For Saul, that was not the case.

We want to absolutely maximise his physique for when he steps on stage, which will give him the best chance of getting the top placings.

This front pose is a prime example, where we have created much more width and balance to the pose with some posing adjustments.

If you want to learn how to get the most out of your physique with posing, comment POSE or hit the link in the bio to apply for posing coaching.
