Six weeks of that quiet magic with PDA’s next generation of runners and leaders.

To Ben, who started the PDA Jr Cheetahs simply so his daughter would have people to run with each week. To all the parents who showed up in full support, on and off the track. To the @pda.rc crew for being the kind of community every kid deserves.

Truly grateful for the experience, and what a privilege it is to run alongside such inspiring young athletes.

Modern cannabis science owes a massive debt to lsraeli researcher Raphael Mechoulam and colleague Yehiel Gaoni, whose 1964 work isolated/identified the structure of THC — the psychoactive compound behind the high.

So yes: hate lsrael all you want. But if you are enjoying the buzz, maybe pass the hypocrisy before the joint.

This is not about cannabis.
It is about the double standard: reject the people, keep the breakthroughs, pretend morality only counts when it is convenient.

For 2 1/2 years many of us have been fueled by anger, frustration, and heartbreak.

Last night felt different.

Faith Not Fear wasn’t about complaining about the problems. It was about building the solutions.

The room was full. The conversation was honest. The energy was undeniable.

The tide is turning.

Now it’s time to get to work.

This race season, I did something different and instead of chasing times, I chased meaning.

With so much uncertainty in my life, I knew a full marathon build would cost me more than just fitness. It would cost me my joy. So I chose to protect the relationship I have with this Sport.

I had the honor of pacing my athletes and crossing the finish line with them. And somewhere along the way, a father and son invited me into their race, sharing 21.1km and something I can only describe as sacred. I’ll carry that for a long time.

I also stepped outside my comfort zone and explored different run clubs. What I found wasn’t just new perspectives on running, I found incredible human beings who’ve become some of the most genuine friends and supporters in my life. You know who you are, @pda.rc

This reset. This meaningful pause. It gave me something no finish line time ever could 👉🏽clarity, and a deeper love for the Sport.

The arena will be there. And when the stars and moon align, I’ll be ready.

A historic church in Saint-Romain, Quebec—about an hour east of Sherbrooke—was engulfed in flames last night. The cause remains unknown. The church dates back to 1893.
