What if you stopped trying to control your body… and let the rhythm take over? 🔥🪘🌊

•Primal Rhythm Flow• is an embodied movement experience where yoga meets the raw, pulsing energy of live drumming.

Move. Breathe. Sweat. Feel.

Let the beat pull you out of your head and back into your body. No perfect poses. No choreography to get right. Just rhythm, instinct, movement, and the primal intelligence of your body.

✨ Saturday, August 29

📍 Asheville Yoga Center

Come move with us. Come get a little wild. 🔥🪘🌊 And keep Asheville weird.

This isn’t your typical yoga class. It’s a return.

To instinct.
To rhythm.
To the part of you that knows how to move without being told how.

Primal rhythm flow
Live drumming. Wild movement. Deep presence.

Incredible to interface through this technology… it’s a love / ugh i’m tired relationship really and yet over the past four years connecting to chant the Hanuman Chalisa with folks all over the world has been such a GIFT and a blessing!!

Last night our 13th of 13 sessions… we passed the zoom around and chanted a mala of Chalisas together.

Truly a powerful force to share your voice and practice with others… authentic, real and healing.

Jai Jai Jai Hanuman! Thanks everyone who participated in this Sangha… I learn so much from each one of you as we grow and change and morph. All are always welcome.

This was the sweetest gathering. ☺️ @otorongomusic invited my husband @hey_lc to lead yoga nidra at his sound healing sesh yesterday in West Asheville at The Well. So many friends came, old & new! And I know I’m biased BUT gosh, Adrian was made for this stuff; his voice is the perfect guide and his heart is completely in it. I hope you all get the chance of experiencing a class from him soon! #pranayama #meditation #yogainspiration #yogaforeveryone #shala #heartopening #yogapractice #yogaphilosophy #yogini #collective #likeminded #supportive #connection #collectively #holisticrealtor #mindfulrealrors #conscious #intentional #meditative #purposeful #ashevilleliving #intentionally #mindfulness #balanced #selfcompassion #stressfree #intuitive #yoganidra #soundhealing

I took this picture one year ago, the day we got the keys to our dream home, which is something I’ll forever be grateful for. Hard to believe we’ve already been here a year now. We’ve made so many wonderful memories in our home and we are just getting started! Happy 1st year “Housaversary” to us! 🏡💙🗝️#hendersonvillenc #homeownership #dreamhome #countrylife #mountainliving #housaversary #realestate #realestateinvesting #stoprenting #askmehow #828isgreat #blueridgemountains #ncbroker #realtors #valuevscost #bestplaceonearth #homeiswheretheheartis
