You are not too much 👇🏽

In this INCREDIBLE web of life, we, as women, hold the power to feel the universe in every fiber of our being.

To those who have been told they’re “too much” or “too deep,” let this be your anthem of truth: Your ability to feel deeply is not a weakness but a boundless strength.

Society may have tried to confine you with limiting labels, but I urge you to break free from those chains.

You are not too much; you are a FORCE of nature.

AND your INTENSITY is a reflection of the vast reservoirs of power within you.

For every tear you shed, for every moment of grief, for every scream echoing from the depth of your soul – remember, this is your sacred birthright. You are a creator, a life-bringer, and your power is unparalleled.

To the women who can hold the anger and the bliss, the bottomless grief and the boundless joy – you are a testament to the beauty of the human experience. Embrace all facets of yourself; let your emotions flow like a river.

It’s time to dismantle the notion that intensity is a flaw.

It is your divine gift, a wellspring of creative energy waiting to be unleashed.

To all the incredible women out there, go within, feel it all, cry it all, moan it all, scream it all – for in the sacred dance of emotion, your power is reborn.

Let the world witness the strength of a woman who can feel deeply. Embrace your intensity, for it is the heartbeat of creation. 🌹💪

Tag a wild woman sister who holds a place in your heart👇🏽

2024 is about nourishing relationships 🌹😘

Relationships that cheer you on…
that support you…
That know that together is better than alone…
that witness you with no judgement…
that love you as you are…
That inspire you…

So grateful for the women in my life… the best mirrors 🪞 I could ever ask for…

My 39th birthday shifted everything within me and you know why? Because I surrounded myself with the closest women I know and let their love heal my heart ❤️

Let their love take me out of my victim consciousness…
Let their love fill my hole of envy and jealousy…
Let their love fill my hole of comparison…
Let their love fill my hole of not enough…

Let their love MIRROR 🪞 to me the love ❤️ I needed to give myself.

Relationships can be catalysts for growth IF you allow it…

if you realize that ANYTHING triggering you is just showing you aspects of yourself that require your love and attention.

Taking full responsibility for my emotions and perceptions… for my life! -> has truly been the gem 💎 that has changed my life.

So here’s to calling in more nourishing relationships that help us grow and know ourselves deeper.

And tag those besties 🌹😘 you love below 👇🏽

I just took an unplanned week-long break from business. During this time, I enrolled 3 new clients.🥳

December will be a minimum 6K cash month for biz even if I do nothing else.

November was a 14K month but also very active from a marketing standpoint. I love that I could chill this month and be with my fam during an important time…

I plan to chill (&dream ✨ ) more next week too because my business is built on peace & space. I’m here for long-game, juicy slow-burn, sustainable business and wealth building 😍 hbu?

I teach the HOW of this inside Spacious Sales, a masterclass that’s now exclusively available inside the Golden Ticket - a bundle of over 2K worth of epic masterclasses from industry leaders, for just 💲97 until Dec 22!

Please use my ⛓️ (@emilyannebrant bio) if you found this offer through me so I can receive a small commission (and so @laurenoflove knows I am out here spreading the good word 😀 because I so appreciate being included in this!)

On today’s episode of What I Wish I Knew, we are talking ALL about the subconscious.

I have an incredibly dear friend and my first EVER business buddy on the show today, Jen Casey!

She’s diving in to share her magic about the power of the subconscious mind and the most valuable tools she wishes she had when she was starting her journey.. not just as a business owner, but as a coach who was really focused on getting results for others.

After serving women in the coaching space for years, Jen noticed a deep pattern in what was preventing women from getting results in their business. She became obsessed with asking one simple question:

“Why do some people get results and some people don’t?”

This sent her on a radical journey of discovering the power of the subconscious mind and later it became the foundational teaching of the work she teaches in her coaching certification program.

The subconscious mind is everything.

Jen offers some incredible knowledge and wisdom she wishes she had about the power of the subconscious, and why most people are failing to produce results in the coaching world.

In this episode, we dive into:
-What is the subconscious mind and its power and role in the coaching industry.
-How childhood trauma, generational trauma, and even past lives contribute to our internal resistance.
-The holistic approach to transformation and how to provide real results for your clients.
-How to develop awareness of your blocks and the steps and modalities you can use to repair the subconscious mind.
-The impact of the subconscious as it lives in the body and the ways to move energy out of your field.

Jen also has an incredible training inside our Golden Ticket series! It’s called the Become A Client Magnet Hypnosis. Her audio experience will align you with the vibration frequency of high-vibe clients!

You can get access to this series by visiting laurenoflove.com/goldenticket 💛🌟

🚀SHARE THIS if you found it INSPIRING & want to spread this vibe.💖

🎤💥BET ON YOUR OWN SUCCESS— whatever that looks like for you in each moment.

Let it STRETCH YOU!

Let it EMPOWER YOU!

Let it SHOW YOU what you’re capable of!

Let it DISMANTLE old programming, habits and identities!

You are ALWAYS supported & connected to Divine Intelligence + infinite possibilities exist in the quantum!

Are you operating from FAITH or FEAR? 🤔

Next time your mind tries to tell you you can’t, or to wait til something external changes…show it who’s BOSS — your SOUL — and focus on the outcomes you desire as if it’s already done — see it and feel it + back it with action.

Next time you get sucked into lack programming or current circumstances that don’t match what you desire— DECIDE to live as your “future self” in the NOW.

And for the love of God, next time you ever feel imposter syndrome, let this story inspire you!

I recently listened to Rhonda Byrne’s interview on @lewishowes podcast where she shared this, and my mind was blown.

It also brought me back to when I was gifted “The Secret” DVD back in 2007 (another story for another day)— which opened my mind and put words to much of what I innately knew.

This was when “manifestation” went mainstream; which was HUGE & opened so many people’s minds + woke them up from their unconscious slumber.

When you f*cking BELIEVE in something, and EMBODY that knowing before it reflects in your reality — magic happens.

THIS IS WHERE THE REAL “WORK” IS.

It’s incredible what the POWER of our thoughts, intentions and ACTIONS (which make up our vibration) can do— despite current circumstances.

We are powerful beyond measure.
