Just because you can’t see it… doesn’t mean it’s not real 🤍

invisible illness isn’t just about symptoms—
it’s about navigating a body that doesn’t always cooperate,
a mind that’s trying to keep up,
and a world that doesn’t always understand.

some days look “normal” on the outside
while everything inside feels like too much.

this is your reminder that:

you’re not lazy.
you’re not dramatic.
you’re not making it up.

you’re adapting.
you’re surviving.
you’re doing your best in a body that requires more from you.

and that deserves compassion, especially from yourself 🤍

some people don’t talk about this part of life.

the part where everything changes overnight.
the part where you lose the life you thought you’d have.
the part where you have to learn how to live again.

this episode with johnny west is about that.

about chronic illness.
about grief.
about rebuilding when nothing looks the same anymore.

and about the kind of hope that isn’t loud
just something small you hold onto while everything else is shifting 🎾

if you’re in a season where life didn’t go as planned…
this one is for you 🤍 @heyjohnnywest

Thoroughly enjoyed this interview with @mikestuderdpt . It is always a great Podcast when you are sharing with someone that cares about the same things that also takes so much time in life to make a changes for those in need.
This is a podcast that was very enlightening, Mike is a great speaker and has a great way to educate. #thebrainthatchoosesitself

Walking in someone's shoes is tough. Their intentions might be good, but they don't truly grasp the reality. It's like hearing about a 'new treatment' without understanding the struggle. #Empathy #Understanding #Perspective #RealTalk #LifeLessons #Humanity #Connection
