I turned 41 last week and celebrated by watching Practical Magic 2 with lots of friends! Thanks to everyone who made my birthday week special!

Saving this for our own house. Sharing it in case it’s useful in yours.

One of the things @heyoliviajune and I think about a lot is what we’re giving our kids’ brains to work with, especially heading back to school.

Focus, learning, mood, memory, and energy all start with basic building blocks: amino acids, minerals, healthy fats, and vitamins. It’s also a big part of why I care so much about the relationship between nutrition and mental wellness at @youcanpym

Then there’s the stuff that doesn’t come in a lunchbox: sleep, movement, connection, and helping kids manage stress.

None of it needs to be complicated. It’s the foundation we keep coming back to at home.
