Change is inevitable. The question is what you do when it shows up. It’s easy to point at the market, the company, the economy, the timing, or someone else. But at some point, @heysuziq says that blame has to become a challenge: What am I going to do differently now? That mindset shift is where growth starts. #mentorship #CareerGrowth #Leadership #Mindset #PersonalGrowth

Another trip around the sun ☀️ To all the different versions of me that got me here and to all the versions I haven’t met yet - thank you 🦋 So grateful for everyone who celebrated with me, called, texted, and sent the kindest birthday wishes. I feel incredibly loved, and I’m excited to see what this next chapter has in store - definitely more twirling 💫🤍🧚

Celebrating our Beverly Hills Office Manager, Stan Smith, with a wonderful birthday gathering at Piccolo Paradiso in Beverly Hills. 🥂 Great company, plenty of champagne, delicious Italian canapés and amuse-bouches, and an afternoon spent catching up with so many talented agents from our Beverly Hills office. Grateful to be part of such a supportive, fun, and inspiring team. Happy Birthday, Stan! Wishing you a fantastic year ahead. #DouglasElliman #BeverlyHillsRealEstate #LuxuryRealEstate #RealEstateLife #douglasellimancalifornia

2nd Hyrox .. 1st solo !!! I was beyond proud of myself and my time. So excited it took me 2 months to post haha. Really excited to see what my future #hyrox times will be as I continue to train. Right now I’m focusing more on glute and muscle growth with a sprinkle of Hyrox training. Shout out to my friend @heysuziq for coming with me to watch Wolfe and make this all possible. Also was wild to be back at mandalay bay after so many years spent there with Redken.
