✨️LHHM Latin Hispanic Heritage Month✨️

2 years later, I came back again to run with @pelotonstudios for this great event! It was so nice to be back and run with all these Professional Athletes! Listening to their inspirational stories and collaborating with the running community was great.

It was a pleasure to meet @pelatons coaches @camilaramonnn @mariana.fernandez.co @messjalone and everyone else at the studio.
You guys ROCK! 🥳🎉🫶🏼💪🏽🤟

Thank you all that made this possible for us. We appreciate you! A big shout out to @salchimonster for fueling us with some delishhh latin bites 😋 & Pelaton for their generosity and hosting us 🙏🏼.

Until the next situation....
Let's get that, baby!
Let's get that!
Yes, yes, yesssss! Esoooooooooooo!!!

This hike always acts as a reminder that a hike doesn't have to have thousands of feet of elevation to get you to breathtaking views. Hiking and exploring some lesser known sections of NYCs largest park and then being able to get frozen drinks by the beach?! I'd call that a very successful day.
Thank you everyone for coming out and enjoying the last days of summer with us. ❤️❤️❤️

A 14 piece at the Bronx Summer Streets!

6 loops of that Fordham Road hill was no easy task but it will provide great adaptations and performance on your marathon training!

Congratulations to everyone for putting in that work on the Grand Concourse, Central Park and Prospect park!

We had a blast running to Far Rockaway Beach. I was also a pacer helping and looking out for the crew. We started off at Queens Center Mall ran through Queens neighborhoods. I saw the American flag in one neighborhood and had to take a pic for all my veterans. I don't know all the neighborhoods, sorry. Some people did 13, 9 and 6 miles.
The miles weren't easy but there was plenty of encouragement to keep on pushing and we did. Some dude was twerking WTF? 🤣🤣🤣I caught a cramp after I finished. I had a hotshot and it was a blessing. They taste terrible but they work!!! Look it up. I also had pickle juice thank you @perfectlyimperfectkj & @berty212718
