What mitzvah did I take on 🎗️ for @thebeautifulsix?
I decided I wanted to start praying the morning prayer, שחרית, shacharit. 🙌
In the prayer we mention how G-d “frees the captives” - every time I read that phrase I stop and look at my bring them home bracelet, and meditate on it. These words were never so relevant as now when we still have 100+ brothers and sisters STILL held hostage in Gaza.
Mornings aren’t easy for me. But how blessed am I to have another morning, another chance to see the sun, to live my life? They can’t.
I pray that taking on this mitzvah and saying these words passionately will lead to the immediate release of every single hostage now. 🙏 Amen amen amen

What good will you do for them?? Let me know here, or DM or tag/collab with your mitzvah 💙

Shavua tov! Thanks to everyone who lit 🕯️ Shabbat candles in memory of @thebeautifulsix ! 🥰
Here’s Part 1 of Thursday’s mitzvah adventures…
On Thursday I was traveling through the Cancun 🇲🇽 airport and saw a woman wearing a 🎗️ pin.
I heard her speaking Hebrew with 2 others, so I excitedly ran up to them to say hi and give them the tefilat haderech (תפילת הדרך) cards I made and have been handing out all over the world 🌎
She kindly gave me her hostages pin which I put onto my fanny pack, and we took this photo before we all dispersed!
As my friend @sarah.nahmias told me, it’s so beautiful to give to others and form a bond with am yisrael wherever we are, it makes us feel more united and like family. 👯‍♀️
What are you doing to bring more light into the world in memory of The Beautiful Six?! Tag us, collab, comment, or DM your act of kindness and mitzvot 😊☀️
May we hear good news this week!!
