It’s been a dream of mine for years to spend intimate time with elephants and do service work with them and today that dream came true!

We found one of the most incredible elephant rescue sanctuaries in Cambodia. A place where they roam freely across thousands of acres, protected, respected, and deeply loved.

Looking into their eyes felt like staring through a window into ancient worlds, as if they carry wisdom from forgotten time periods within them. They are immensely powerful yet incredibly gentle, graceful, and full of pure joy (I mean just look at them smiling)

I’m in total awe ✨🐘🇰🇭

Healing isn’t a fixing. It’s a love story between you and the parts of you that believed they weren’t worthy of it. ❤️

Your body holds onto unprocessed emotions, memories, and trauma (wounds) . Until you give it permission to let go.

Movement, touch, breath, & sound aren’t just tools.

They’re the body’s original language of healing (releasing)

You don’t need to explain your pain to free it.
You just need to let it move.

There’s something powerful about humans coming together. Not to talk, not to fix, but to breathe. To exhale the weight of unspoken stories. To let go of what is no longer theirs to carry. To be held, supported and witnessed in the release is magic ⚡️

Together we rise 🙌

Comment ❤️ and we will send you info to the next event with a discount code.

Healing has nothing to do with how it looks. It has everything to do with how it feels in your body. ⚡️

When was the last time you felt truly safe enough to feel your emotions?? Even those really hard and scary ones we keep locked away?

If like many people, you’ve been pushing unresolved emotions or trauma down, telling yourself you would feel them when the time was right or you would sit with eventually…

Claim your power back, we get one precious life, and if those trapped or “forgotten” emotions, memories you experienced or witnessed are keeping you stuck, you can choose to release them. if not now when??

Join us for these upcoming Reiki (energy) healing and somatic Breathwork events.

🗓️Wednesday March 26th 6:30-8:30pm
🗓️Monday April 7th 6-8pm
