Love what you do and if you’re lucky enough, do it with those whom you love. I feel blessed to work alongside such smart teachers who change the trajectory of so many students’ lives. Congratulations to the class of ‘26 graduates, you make us all so proud. I’m honored to finish up my 10th year in Hingham with all of you, esp. @mals_woodwork

Bryan Doyle, HHS ‘23 visited students in the @hhs_techpathways Tech Engineering Department (and stopped by Spanish class too!) today, to talk about his experience as a Millwright Journeyman after a six day stint at college. He shared with students the benefits of working in the trades right after high school, and talked about his current project, building a fusion reactor for a power plant in Devens, MA for @cfs.energy Commonwealth Fusion Systems. 👏🏽 We were so thrilled to see you, B! @bryan.doyle_

HHS Students: Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to get your OSHA certification before you graduate high school. Very limited spots available. Students enrolled in Traces are automatically signed up.

Thank you to our district and admin for supporting the trades and to Mr Malerbi for ensuring students to be as prepared as they can be for life after graduation. #osha #oshacertification @hhs_techpathways @hinghampublicschools @hinghamhighschool @mals_woodwork @krobertshps

This Friday, Nov 14 from 7-9pm you can catch me at the Hingham Community Center for the Sip & Shop. I’ll be personalizing ornaments on the spot and selling other handmade items from local artisans while you shop. 🎄

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the HHS Travel Fund to help make field trips more accessible to our students. @thetravelingsenora Scholarship applications open soon 🌏

THANK YOU! Without your support and generosity we wouldn’t have been able to raise nearly $1,600 for the HHS Travel Fund. It takes a village!

Meet the artists:
☕️ Ms. Papuga of @hingham_pottery and @hhsartspathway
🔨 Mr. Malerbi of @mals_woodwork @hhs_techpathways
🎨 Ms. Malerbi @lorakelleylettering and @hingham.world.language

100% of the proceeds go to the Hingham High School Students with Special Circumstances Fund specifically for Travel.

This fund supports students in grades 9-12 who are enrolled in an overnight domestic or international trip sponsored by HPS, like the ones hosted by @hinghamdrama @drama_fish @hingham_arts @hinghamhighschool @hingham.world.language @french.in.hingham @thetravelingsenora music trips to LA, drama trips to London and NYC, Model UN overnights to Boston, the 2026 Paris, Amsterdam & Brussels, and Peru trips, the 2027 French Exchange, and more!

Help us raise funds so students can continue to have these life-changing experiences and educators can continue fulfill the @hinghampublicschools goal of educating creative problem solvers, effective communicators, responsible citizens, skillful collaborators, and mindful individuals.

It is an honor to provide your student with these experiences. Your generosity assists us in encouraging future students to spread their wings and it is greatly appreciated.

Violet Palmer ‘25 spent the summer transforming the wall outside of the Hingham High School Technology Engineering auto-shop and wood-shop classrooms. Her design includes a tribute to Dr. Paul Pawlowski, K-12 Director of Technology Engineering, for his service of 27 years to HPS. Dr. P not only taught and oversaw the department, but also established the TRACES program, an off-site workshop for students to complete large-scale construction projects for the wider South Shore community. He changed countless students’ lives through his generosity, humility, talent, dedication, work ethic, and kindness. He retired in June at the end of the 2025 school year after 27 years.

When I asked Violet why she wanted to do this mural, she said it was because the Technology Engineering Pathways Program had transformed her high school career and she wanted to give back to the program in a way that other students would be aware of its benefits.

Thank you, Vi, for helping to raise awareness to trades, honoring Dr. P on behalf of us all, and best of luck as you begin your college journey.

Photos include progress of mural and the @hhs_techpathways program of studies offerings for the 2025-2026 school year.
