Very excited to be lifting for a great cause! Consider helping fund and support Breast Cancer Research! Thanks for the Higa’s for allowing me to crash the party! Thank you @dungeonstrength_rx for hosting.

The goal isn’t just to get strong, it’s to STAY strong! 💪 At 55 years old, @higamonster shares with Mark Bell how he’s kept lifting heavy for decades by training smarter, protecting his joints, prioritizing recovery, and making adjustments as he gets older. Full conversation on @mbpowerproject!

Grant has always been my warrior, my rock during my cancer journey. He continues to fight for me, those he knows, and those he will never know. This is the 5th year he has put this event and has raised over $12k to support Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Please consider donating and participating in such a great event. Link in my bio to donate.💪🏽🩷

💪3 American Squat Records at the Olympia!💪

The Higamonster, Grant Higa showing what quality squatting looks like. I remember hearing Grant's name in the 1990's while at Boise State when powerlifting member and former student asst Corey St Clair would head up to WA state to train with Grant and the late Jesse Marunde.

Impressive to watch live and super excited to watch a northwest strength legend still dominating the platform.

Congrats Grant

Happy G and I were able to catch up with my college teammate over a pre-game bevy at our local MV dive bar. Then we watched her daughter play volleyball against Tahoma HS. Great and intense matchup going 5 sets. Her team won and we happily cheered her on as she is a freaking baddie. 💪🏽🏐🍻🎰❤️
