Throwback to when the students at General Crerar Public School brought tears to my eyes 😊

Sending BIG LOVE and HEARTFELT APPRECIATION to the Administrative Staff, Teachers and especially the STUDENTS!!!

I’m so grateful for each and every student who participated in the Elevating Youth Everywhere Yoga Programming. Thank-you for being open to learn something new, your active participation, active listening skills, and the compassion you demonstrated during our time together.

I was truly at a lost for words when you presented me with my beautiful thank-you cards, notes and messages. My heart was so full and I felt overjoyed with emotion.

Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you!

I look forward to seeing you all very soon ❤️

In the meantime, may the following intention be purposeful and manifest in your lives.

May Your Heart Be Light
May Your Mind Be Free
May Your Body Be Able
May Your Spirit Be True

Namaste
Ms. Forde 🙂

My heart is so full❤! To say thank you just isn't enough. There is so much beauty and strength when women gather in peace and love for a higher purpose.

Yesterday was magical. It was just what I needed. Thank you Queens for pouring so much love into me, and each other. Thank you @higher_love for organizing the link up, thank you Queens for the gifts and yummy goodies. So grateful for🔥LIT BOOK CLUB🔥 📖❤

I honour, respect, and love all the amazing, incredible, women that are in my life. That have paved the way for me to follow, and walk in my own greatness. Your dedication, sacrifice, grace, and humility are appreciated more than you know.
