A not so typical day in my life 😆💕 Here’s a little piece of what I do. 🤍 After 26 years in this business, I’ve learned that underneath all the numbers, plans, and paperwork, it really comes down to people. Helping people feel prepared. Helping families think about what comes next. And making sure the people they love are protected along the way. There’s a lot that happens in a day, and I thought it would be fun to bring you along for a little bit of it. Hope you enjoy spending a day with me. 🤍 Thank you @highviewzcreates @sage_media_production @rpsage_ for the amazing shoot and all of the laughs we had during content day! #FinancialAdvisor #LifeInsurance #ProtectWhatMatters #FinancialPlanning #financeswithjenny

What an unforgettable evening! ✨ Up in Smithtown at the gorgeous Water Mill Catering Hall celebrating an extraordinary night with SEPA Mujer! 💖🌹  @sepamujer Having worked in EMS and as a hospital patient advocate for our Latino community across all specialties, supporting grassroots community empowerment, advocacy, and social justice is a cause so close to my heart. Thank you, @sepamujer, for being the vital voice our community needs! Last night, I witnessed the immense love, resilience, and daily dedication poured into supporting women navigating life’s most challenging chapters. As a non for profit based in Patchogue, SEPA Mujer has been uplifting Latina immigrant women and families across Long Island since 1993 championing civil rights advocacy, leadership development, empowerment, and safety throughout Suffolk County. Having spent most of my career in advocacy, it feels deeply rewarding to re-engage with this work through such a strong, grassroots community lens. This is what true influence looks like. 🙏 @amber_dawn.xo @highviewzcreates thank you so much for allowing me to share space with you guys

Weekend plans, this is my favorite kind... Spent the evening at the Long Island Wine & Food Classic at Farmingdale State College, and it did not disappoint. Endless food from local restaurants, drinks flowing from local breweries and distilleries, and DJ Chef keeping the energy high all night, cooking AND DJing at the same time! Perfect weather, amazing food, ran into so many familiar faces and made some new ones too. If you missed this one, do yourself a favor and catch the next one! @mckenna_events @djchefrocks @tastinglongislandevents @therecoveryroomcafe @twistedcowdistillery @tendcoffee @teaandmunchies @halyardgreenport @one10restaurant @thesweetlovecompany @317mainstreet @chefericl @plado_glencove @veganrocks666 @thecoalhousegrill @vito470slice @corona @drinksurfside @bluemoonbrewco @montauk_icedtea @maseratioflongisland @thegreeksmiami @popout_kitchen_nyc_foodtruck @sanpellegrino @farmingdalestatecollege #longisland #winefoodclassic #foodie #farmingdale

Sweet Jeffrey: "I Do Care'" I thought I'd be paying homage to Sweet Micky at the Hall Pass party But I forgot the pink hat at home and was bummed at first but then I Realized why the forty-first law of power was my favorite Yes, Sweet Jeffrey was a nod to Sweet Micky but never could be him Because Sweet Micky said he didn't care nor give a damn whereas me Sweet Jeffrey I do care, give a damn for five years now starting with me Shrugging for the 'gram as I tried to figured out the next quarter of life With Benny V at Cantiague Park followed by A woman too much Leading me to a Venusian Valentine where I met other souls That resulted in the creativity, courage, courage, abundance But it took Empress Erica giving me my Death Card to get there Ninety days I spent breaking my comfort to now I'm novaturient Mourned the loss of my Guyanese bro Denzel who taught me to keep it lit Like The Magician I made it happen from the Hacienda to Gaining all-access with Life Itself because I earned it from the start Both The Star and the Villianous Rogue freaking out Paradise Pagans While forever and always Mister Temple Night, streak or no damn streak Learning how to feel again thanks to Lita, a woman of her word Enhanced by the San Pedro that had me writing like younger Jeffrey Now being Bella's date at Hall Pass, gaining a new cool shirt to wear More than happy to see myself simply the best no offense, Lord E Sitting guardian in sunset realizing I had one more week in My twenties with plans that could go awry like it is Of Mice and Men But I'll see it through no matter what happens as I had before Signing off saying I'm not Sweet Micky, I'm Sweet Jeff and I'm him

When you show up, great things happen. This past week had a little bit of everything. I took a Pilates class that really opened my eyes to the fact that I can start moving again without constantly being afraid of throwing my back out. That was huge for me. It gave me a lot of hope that I can get stronger and get back to doing more of the things I enjoy. Thank you @raquelcarranza_homeloans for inviting us🩷. I also celebrated a third birthday with a newer friend. I went to the party thinking I probably wouldn’t know anyone and ended up running into two ladies I met at networking events and through social media. It was wonderful to see them. We ended up having a very nice time and some really good conversations. I appreciate you @itstefunny for the invite ☀️✨. Then came a completely different kind of day. I attended a celebration of life for the brother of a new friend. Kristina created a beautiful film about her brother, who passed away last year, and I cried. A LOT. It was heartbreaking, but also beautiful and motivational. It really made me think about how much we can experience and accomplish just by being here, and how easily we can take that for granted. What a beautiful time @kristinahalloway 🎬🤍. And through all of these different experiences, I had my daughter right there with me. She got to see so many different parts of life in just one week. Happiness, friendship, kids being kids, loss, love, sadness and everything in between. And after a week like that, there was nothing better than a lazy Sunday shopping, eating something good and laughing with my girl before she spends the next two weekends with her dad. A lot of life happened in seven days, and I’m grateful I got to experience all of it. Until next time.
