POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I feel absolutely honored to have voiced a part in the film LAST LAUGH because I will always always always be on board with women taking back their power, and showing other women the way.

@himacwatson is a force of a filmmaker, writer and actor. Her short is vibrant, bold, and thought provoking.

So grateful we got to meet in person in February at the screening and can not WAIT for the feature of this powerful story 💪🏼

How lucky am I that work trips mean getting to spend a week with my soul mate and mystical true sister @himacwatson. There are barely any pics of us because we are sick. 😏💗🍿

Some stories take extra courage to tell.

Last Laugh (@lastlaughafilm), directed by Mac Watson (@macwatson), draws from her personal experience. It’s heavy in theme, but compelling with humor and vulnerability, with a tension that quickly pulls you in.

The team raised the budget through crowdfunding because they believe stories like this are necessary, especially in a world that too often ignores, or even rewards, malfeasance.

It is Mac’s story, but as a girl dad, it hit me on a deeper level. Honored to contribute with the movie poster. Hope you get to see it on the big screen at a festival near you.

Congrats to Mac and the entire crew!

New building. New chapter.

After two years in Boyle Heights, I said goodbye to a studio space and community that rejuvenated me.

I rebuilt my creative spirit after a very stressful stretch of time. I worked alone most days but the best moments were when people came by to visit. We had coffee or lunch from the local shops and conversations that reminded how important community is.

Now, I’m in a new building but with the same purpose: designing movie posters and other creative work for people I believe in.

If you’ve got a project or just want to connect, reach out. 🤙🏽

Highlights from one of my favorite nights I’ve ever been alive ✨👇🏻

“But the reason I want to be my best for you the most up here is, there was a time when I really couldn’t be my best, and I’m just so happy I can give you my best now. Maybe one day, maybe one day long from now, I’ll be up here when I’m in my 80s, and in my 90s like Tony Bennett, and I’ll be doing these songs, and new songs, and old tunes, and I’ll have long grey hair down to the floor, singing my heart out! And then one day I’ll just vanish into each and every one of you”
