The race may be over, but THE WORK CONTINUES! 🔥🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏾‍♀️

Our first Blaze the Block Thursday following the Baltimore Running Festival, and we're right back at it! 💪🏾

Huge congratulations to everyone who showed up and showed out at BRF! 🏅 But the real progress is made in the consistency—in showing up, putting in the work, and staying committed even when there's no finish line in sight.

As we gear up for our final races of the year and start building toward the 2027 race season, one thing remains the same: WE DON'T STOP WORKING! 💯

Proud of everyone who continues to show up, push themselves, and put in the work week after week. The dedication is what makes this community special.

We continue to show up. We continue to grow. We continue to BLAZE THE BLOCK! 🔥🖤

Let me tell y’all something (in my Cardi B’ voice)

BRF was something else! The mental block leading up to the race, the crazy temperature changes, fighting the wind, submitting to the hills, and hoping I wouldn’t break down mid race… just to finally cross that finish line!!! 🫠🙌🏽

See you next! @baltimorerunfest 🫡

Thank you to the run crews for being exactly where we needed y’all!

Sunday Run Blazers hit a little different! 🔥

This morning, the Blazers pulled up, laced up, and put the Nike Pegasus Plus 2s to the test! Big shoutout to @_ashasteele_ from @nike for hosting an awesome shoe demo, and to @tiffbmore for making the connection happen.

Much love to @charmcityrun for welcoming us to the Timonium location and to the entire staff for helping bring the morning together. We truly appreciate you! 🙌🏾

And of course… the Blazers came through and showed out! We blazed the block, caught some miles, caught some vibes, and had a whole lot of fun doing what we do best.

Good people. Good miles. Good vibes.

You know how the Blazers do…

🔥 LET’S BLAZE! 🔥

I had such an amazing time after 6 months of not racing this year and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to come back. I did the 1 miler during @runnersrun_ RYRC race and yall we had a time!

So happy for all my @blockblazersrunclub that ran and won placers! Yall blazed the mf block! Don’t know if I’m ready to run more miles just yet but I count this as a win!
